I worked with Gary at the Henrietta location and he was amazing he knew the product better than anyone I have ever spoke to about a mattress he was very helpful and knowledgeable plus gave me a screaming deal… I had a warranty issue with an older mattress and he took care me exceeding all of my expectations!!!

Hopefully I don’t have nightmares on how much money I could spend on a mattress, instead I am hoping for a deep sleep, and sweet dreams.
The guy who helped me was really nice and pleasant and I hope whoever goes mattress shopping talks to the guy that helped me.
I will give a review after a month on this expensive mattress. Right now it’s a five star and I hope it stays there after 1 month

I could not be happier with the service here. Mike is a mattress scientist. He seriously knows his stuff and genuinely cares about finding a mattress you’ll love. What a breath of fresh air compared the cold, disinterested car salesman types at other mattress stores. Save your time and go straight here.

Mike (at the store) was very helpful in finding the right option, took time to educate on the available options with pros and cons, and went the extra mile to make product available even though it was minutes to closing a lot of his staff had left for the day.
