I absolutely love Brow Biz. They really take the time to make your eyebrows beautiful! It’s so relaxing going there too. The wax they use does not leave me rashy and there is little to no pain. They will tell you how to keep up with maintenance on your own between visits to keep your eyebrows in shape. You can make your appointment online or call ahead. They will send you a text to remind you of your visit. I go see Jenna when I go there. They deserve 10 stars in my opinion!

Aren’t a lot of options in northern VT for eye brows, so when ever I’m home in Rochester, I make a special trip to Brow Biz. Whether it’s a clean up, total new eye brow look or first time, all the staff here is patient and courteous. Your brows are in excellent hands.

Brow biz is great! Their service is incredible and my brows come perfect everytime. I recommend Pia, but you are safe with anyone of them. Always professional, friendly and do a great job!

I cannot believe I have slacked in giving my review on places since I’ve moved. I am very particular about my eyebrows– if I see a hair poking out– I make a phone call… But better yet– the APP! Oh clever, clever ladies you make it that much easier!!! A few years back I had my eyebrows done (west coast) and a layer of skin was peeled off– so needless to say I have since used caution. I found Brow Biz. I’m in heaven. I wasn’t told to «sit, I fix» no instead every single time «Hello, how are you today?» I quickly interject and say «great» grab a handful of almonds and wait– yes with excitement!!! Because I’m about to get my brows fixed… You know– maintained… This important to both women and men!!! I have been seeing Pia for at least 2 years– I have however branched out and have had my brows done by both Deborah and Jenna and have been just as satisfied. I’m a regular– need I say more? When you start a new job and someone asks you how you know so and so and come to find out– we both go to Brow Biz!!! I refer them to both men and women! Keep up all the amazing work ladies!!!

I have never had my eyebrows done professionally. The staff was friendly, the business was very clean and hygienic. It was a bit busy wen I went, granted it was on a Saturday, but the staff was great dealing the all the craziness. They made me feel important. The young lady that did my brown was wonderful and very personable. she talked me through the whole process and even got me a hot cup of tea while the tint was on my brows. I am very satisfied with the outcome, and get tons of compliments on them. They look neat, but not over done, which is exactly the look I was going for. I couldn’t be happier, I’m hooked!

I had my first appointment at Brow Biz today with Valerie. I am in my 50’s and unbelievably have never had my brows done professionally. My brows were not in terrible shape, but certainly not great. I left there with the brows I always wished I had. What a difference! I purchased a very fairly priced brow powder that looks super natural. Valerie was very friendly, the appointment was quick and the wax she used really was gentle but very effective. The salon was very clean and comfortable. I will be making Brow Biz a regular part of my beauty routine and would highly recommend them to everyone. Valerie is amazing!!!

I hate to do this, but I have to. I am very, very unhappy with the way my brows look after going here. I will upload a pic that will better illustrate why.
First of all, I’ve had about 3 great experiences getting my brows done, ever. In my whole life. Out of maybe 20. That’s enough times to know it’s possible, but the fail: win ratio is not good. So a while ago I got a professional waxing kit and started doing it myself. But being untrained and working on my own face, I knew at some point I’d want a professional– a good one– to take a look, refine it and get anything I habitually have been missing for fear of getting too close.
I explicitly stated to the owner, who was working on me, that I did not want them thinned. She appeared to understand, then proceeded to do exactly what I said I didn’t want. You may think I’m being melodramatic but for me it will be months, years or possible never before I get them back to where they were before I went to Browbiz this morning. And I’m sorry but I’m pissed about that.
In the picture I’ve included the «Pinterest Ideal», to demonstrate the current trend of thick, gently arching brows that everyone’s crazy for right now (that I know is unattainable for most people, including me, but beautiful nontheless), the before is the last time I waxed them myself a few months ago, and in the after you can see that she not only thinned them by over trimming and accentuating gaps I already had, but also thinned them literally, taking hairs that shouldn’t have been taken which changed the pitch of my arch completely. Look, there’s one golden rule about brows: do what you want, but never mess with the natural shape. She messed with the shape, bad. The worst I’ve ever had.
When I said I was unhappy she did refund my money, and I appreciate that, however… you can’t refund my eyebrows! Also, based on her tone of voice (on the phone) she sounded annoyed and unclear on what my issue was. That’s the other reason for the picture, maybe she’ll see it, and it will clear up why I’m so upset. Not only will I never go back to Browbiz, I will never let another «professional» touch my damn eyebrows, this was my last attempt to find someone in Rochester I could trust and I clearly chose the wrong place.

Went for my first appointment at Browbiz, met with Deborah, very nice atmosphere. Deborah did a very good job on my brows and gave them a great arch. Deborah was a little rough, pushing my head back and forth. They also leave the appointment room doors open when they’re with a client which i thought was a little strange. Overall, it was a good experience and I left with great eyebrows. They really focus on shaping your brows and not just waxing unwanted hair away.

Welllll, I was growing out my eyebrows and so I figured that I would go to Brow Biz just to get them cleaned up. I met with Jenna who performed magic on my eyebrows. She thinned them and shaped them in a manner that I didn’t even know was possible! I absolutely love them and would definitely go back. She did a great job with my brows and I would definitely recommend Brow Biz to anyone. The shop is clean and everyone seems to be helpful and friendly.

Loved Heather! She was so nice and willing to let me know what I needed to do to get the perfect brows. You are able to set appointments online and you can get text and email updates about your appointment. The appointment lasted no more than 10 minutes. I look forward to going back.

I love BrowBiz. Sara does my eyebrows and she is very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone who works there is very approachable and helpful. Deborah is a very nice woman who knows her stuff. I used to do my eyebrows myself but now I will only go to BrowBiz. Highly recommend!

I love it here and I will never get my eyebrows waxed elsewhere. I have had my eyebrows done by Deborah but I mostly go to Pia. I love her! She is so easy to talk to and is very down to earth. They make the growing out and reshaping process very easy. The price can be a little expensive for your first visit, but after that it drops down dramatically. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed at many little mall places and I have had them threaded but this is by far the best place I have ever gone to and I will never go anywhere else.
