They seem like a nice company. Whenever I called them they came right out. Always fixed repairs. Never gave us a hard time. They are a professional management company. I will do a follow up when moved soon.

This is my second review for this«company». Sent them a certified letter in September about the whole mold/flooding issues. The contacted us ONCE between September and January. Five months and only contact us once, but their lovely automated system can send out«you owe us rent», and they seemed to ignore the fact we told them our rent was in escrow. Anyways, in November, Daniel finally called! He claims my roommates phone number was off by a number and that’s why they couldn’t call. REALLY? Considering she had already lived there a full year and you were able to call plenty of times. So in dealing with living in a moldy sewer house, Daniel showed up once, said he was gonna handle stuff with the owner, and disappeared off the face of the earth. Then the next week, a plumber showed up, and then he disappeared too! And then in december, a contractor showed up, and aliens got him too. The very end of December, aspect decided to serve us with a court order for eviction for non payment of rent. Gee, maybe if you read our letter and got our house fixed, we would’ve paid rent. So we go to court and only their lawyer is there and he basically tells us we have to pay all the rent we owe, plus court fees, or move out by the end of January. WHYWOULDSHOULDANYONEEVERPAYTOLIVEIN A SHODDY, MOLDYHOUSE? Needless to say we moved out. Then we got emails from Shari saying«well the owner doesn’t have money to fix the basement because it’s so expensive and your rent is in escrow». I told her straight up, that my roommate lived there for an entire year and the basement flooding was an issue since then, so why is he waiting a year and a half before even attempting to do anything? Then I also mentioned that the house was sold TWICE since moving in 2013. We didn’t even know it was for sale and I sure hope aspect didn’t conveniently let themselves in while we weren’t home to show the property. I told Shari that if the owner was one of the new buyers, it’s their own fault for not getting the house inspected and maybe they would’ve seen that there was already issues with the property from the last inspection. We dropped our keys off and the manager Lisa told us that because the judgment didn’t say anything about the deposit, that we are not getting it back. My roommate lost over $ 3000 worth of personal items and it has gotten to the point were aspect properties is such an awful, neglectful, sorry excuse for a company, that she doesn’t even want to pursue a lawsuit because she doesn’t even want to deal with them ever again. I feel bad for anyone who rents from them, as well as whoever rents the panama house in warren.

Not attentive to respond to requests in 24 hours, slow to close out accounts and send you information. I sent my forwarding address 3 times. Once with the 30 day notice, once via email, and once in person when I gave them the keys to the house. They still«did not have it» after all of that. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with such a disorganized company, and it was the 1st and only bad experience I’ve ever had with a rental company — it will also be my last. Not customer focused whatsoever. If Unilocal reviews aren’t enough, I’d read their reviews Yellow Pages( ). It echoes my own experience. I wished I would have wised up before — once bitten is too many times.

We rented a house for one year from aspect and had a terrible experience. When we went to look at the house it was trashed but we saw through the mess. There were three boys and a dog living there and we were assured the house would be cleaned up. They had three weeks to clean it and fix it up before we moved in. Our first day there when we went to move in the house was still a mess. Big balls of dog hair, broken windows, burned out light bulbs, grease all over the stove, closets full of stuff. We called aspect because I assumed they were meeting us at the arranged move in time for a walk through and they said they don’t do walk through’s. I told them the house was in bad shape and they told us either not to move in or clean it ourselves. We had no where to go! We ended up having to clean the house ourselves prior to emptying our moving truck and they still charged us a cleaning fee. They finally came to fix some of the repairs after we lived there for a month and never replaced the lightbulbs. Any time we called with a question the staff that was previously assigned to us didn’t work there anymore. Sounds like a awful place to work since we had like 6 different contacts in one year. In the end they tried to take part of our security deposit for things they could not prove were there in the first place since they didn’t do a walk through and we had to fight to get our money back. I got the full 100% return from my security deposit! Take good care of your rental, treat it with respect, clean it really good and you should have no trouble getting your security deposit back.
