Good olé Crapplebees in my hometown. Why am I even leaving this review? The people that leave here know what it’s about and know what to expect when they come here. Well I’ll tell you why.
Because Feedback is important.
I waited 15 minutes before I even got a water. We didn’t see a server for 7 minutes. We had to get up and ask. He then came over and said «let me know if you guys need anything.» I was like… Uh we need to order. So then we did. It was weird.
Confession: I’m obsessed with Applebee’s French onion soup. It’s my fav and I get it every time. This one was pretty bad. The cheese on top was hardly melted and the soup was seeping on top of it.
I also had the 4 cheese Mac with honey pepper chicken tenders (lunch combo). It was pretty good. That’s the two stars.

The waitress was super nice. The bourbon street chicken and shrimp was incredibly delicious. I definitely recommend it. Dessert was a little pricey, but very tasty. Great experience.

Decent food. Good service. And no wait at 6:30 on a Friday night. The new lime chicken dish was really good. Also appreciate the touch screen ordering and payment table computers. If you stick to the specials its a pretty cheap dinner option.

Went on a friday night with my girlfriend and another couple. Started off good as we were told it would be 25 minute wait and were sitting at a table 10 minutes later. ordered 2 appetizers and 4 entrees. Waited about 25 minutes just for the appetizers and then had our entrees come 3 – 4 minutes later. Barely enough time to choke down the appetizers which were good. The entrees though has a few issues. My burger was overdone, had soggy fried onion strips on top and came with literally a few drops of bbq sauce which i had to ask for a side to add on. My gf also ordered a burger but was happy with hers. The other couple both ordered chicken strips which came under cooked and soggy. The fries that came with all of our entrees were also under cooked and were almost not edible. Overall the meal was not pleasant and will not be returning any time soon.
