Alliance for Dental Care

The staff got me in quickly to repair a tooth damaged in a car accident. Unfortunately they would not help me deal with the auto insurance (by even writing a quick note for me). They gave me a root canal to repair the tooth. The temp crown fell out 10 times before I finally just waited to have the real one put in that I ordered. Very pushy about getting paid, either you have insurance or a platinum card to pay after each visit.
Now, less than a year later, the crown I had popped off while I was sleeping and is gone. What will they do? $ 75 to even have the dentist look at it. Then, it’s $ 1500 to get a new one. Wow. Insurance won’t cover it either, they say it’s the dentist’s issue to fix.
What has happened to people having pride in what they do and standing behind their work? Obviously there is something wrong when the temp doesn’t work and the crown doesn’t either. I will never go here again, I would suggest the same to you …
