Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I love tropical smoothie and chose this location while others near me were still being built. My boyfriend got the strawberry banana smoothie (jetty punch). The smoothie was inedible because it tasted like the banana was green and not ripe at all. After leaving the store and calling back to let them know if we could come back and get another one. I spoke to one careless girl who then transferred me to the «manager». The manager who was likely another careless employee just said oh sorry about that and just laughed and hung up the phone. I was very shocked to see employees treat customers so disrespectfully. As I employee in the food industry I treat other employees with respect and I was not being rude at all on the phone, I just wanted to get my money’s worth. Have not made a follow up call because I just lost interest in the low level of service and have not returned. Very lucky that there are other better locations where I live though because I love their smoothies!

Stoped by after dinner wanted something sweet. Had the blimey limey and a blue berry bliss, both were good. Server was friendly and the place was clean. The blimey limey is a must if you like anything with lime.

My new morning breakfast stop on the way to work. I can’t believe I’ve never had Tropical Smoothie before. The Acai Berry Blast was fantastic and so was my Southwestern Omelette Wrap.

The Detox Island Green is PERFECT, and it’s so good for you compared to the other choices. Sometimes you just don’t have time to juice/​make smoothies yourself…
The customer service is fantastic on the few times there have been mess ups, it’s always taken care of and the employees are very nice.

Smoothies are good but it’s way too expensive for the small portion sizes they serve. Plenty of other places around that serve much better food for your money.

Love love loove this place the triple berry oat is my fave my son loves peanut butter paradise and my daughter plain strawberry. The sandwiches are delicious too.

Smoothies at their best !!! Fresh fruit and supercharged smoothies are what I like…
