Living less than a mile away, my friends and I were pretty pumped when they were building it. Yes, it’s normal Taco Bell food which normally only sounds good on the way home from the bar or golfing. Yes, most of the time the people are friendly and I’ve never had an issue with them.
The reason for two stars is, this location consistently has the slowest drive through I have ever seen! It’s faster to go inside and order it to-​go verses waiting in the drive through line. Last night for dinner we drove to this location we were number 4 in line. After waiting 2 minutes and the line didn’t move we decided to go to Wendy’s across the street.
I can’t be the only one who has complained about this. When I have waiting in the drive through line I have seen cars drive off after ordering on multiple visits because it was taking too long.

Consistently quick and friendly service. No surprises on the food. Try to avoid 3pm when the HS kids can be noisy.

You know what? This is a great Taco Bell. Every staff member I’ve ever dealt with has been great — like, they must have a great-​manager-​who-​really-​gets-​customer-​service great. Even though the drive-​through people might be teenagers, who don’t normally have personalities when they’re in customer service, these people are friendly, funny, just cute. Food is normal Taco Bell food, but they DO recognize what an Enchirito is even though it’s not on the menu anymore. It’s Taco Bell, you know what you’re getting. But the staff has been notable. I love that.
