I went to return something I bought online and the process was as easy as pie and done amazingly quickly. YAY! While I was there, I thought I’d take a quick look around, and did end up buying a few things for my toddler. They only get three stars because they don’t carry any plus sizes so that’s a big downer. I know not many (if any?) stores carry plus sizes, but it’s still a big disappointment because I am sick and tired of guessing at sizes online, paying for S/​H, only to have to return it in the store and then having to REorder online to try another size. So, honestly, I tend to not buy Old Navy stuff very often. That said, if you’re a normal-​sized person or looking to buy stuff for kids, this is a great place, as you can get a lot of stuff on sale for what you’d pay for stuff at a resale store.

A nice sized store with really friendly staff. Someone is always available if I ever have a question.
