This location is dirty the elevators are always broken and they advertise climate control but that is a lie in the summer its cooler outside then it is inside due to broken air conditioning some days reaching 88 and humid this could damage anything you might need to have in a climate controlled area and management and cooperate do not seem to care. There are plenty of other less expensive and cleaner storage in the area i would look there before choosing this location.

This place is great.
It’s everything you need a storage facility to be.
–easy to operate.
–safe
–lots of hand trucks available
–plenty of parking
–not too expensive
–lots of room options
–easy online payment
Things that could use improving
–more than one employee
–key pads for the elevator on every floor
–when the place is busy, you end up sharing the elevator but then have to travel all the way down to the main level to input your number again.
–overhead disco music cuz sometimes I just wanna boogey down in a really quiet and creepy storage unit.
