I have been living at these apartments for almost 6 months and I haven’t had any problems. The apartment I moved into is very nice. Recently painted, new carpet, and the maintenance workers fixed some issues I had within a couple of hours. They have a good amount of community events and very family friendly.

Beautiful apartment community with excellent office and service teams. The exterior grounds are very well kept. I lived in two different apartments over the course of several years and I enjoyed my stay here.

Smoker’s paradise! If you don’t smoke, be prepared for life in an ashtray as the tobacco smell and smoke will waft into your apartment no matter what you do. If you enjoy your home smelling like a bar the morning after a Friday night on a payday weekend, then you’ll love living at Pebble Creek. Virginia may have stopped smokers from smoking everywhere else, but they can’t touch Pebble Creek. If you are a person or family of any age in search of a place to earnestly pursue lung cancer and the stink of burning chemicals, then Pebble Creek is sure to be your home away from home! There are so many smokers here the management can’t designate buildings«smoking and non-smoking» because the place is just doing a booming business making sure Virginia’s legacy as the buckle of the tobacco belt of the south stays as shiny as decades old nicotine stains allow. Drive through the neighborhood on any sunny afternoon. You’ll notice hundreds of smokers enjoying their nasty habit out on their balcony where their second hand smoke has an even better chance of ruining life for those of us who value clean air. Me? I can’t breathe — beginning at 4:30 a.m. when my neighbor lights up his first ciggie of the day, to 4 pm. when he gets home and starts huffing away like a chimney. He’s young. Soon his muscular young body will be ravaged with cancer. His penis will shrink and then become impotent as the effects take hold. If he ever marries and has children they too will suffer… maybe leukemia! They can all die together… I can’t get out of my lease… not without paying obscene amounts of money. I have to wait six months. Then I’m FREE!!! FREE!!! FREE of all the cigarette stink, the life threatening second hand smoke. Sigh… nothing to do now but contact their insurance company and point out how their premiums probably won’t cover me contracting cancer from all the second hand smoke…
