Out of 4 contractors — they had the lowest quote by $ 2,300 for lots of duct work, a 2.5 ac replacement and a 5 ton coil.
1) They finished a day early
2) Left the work area very clean (very important as my dog walks outside.)
3) Were very pet friendly. Brought my dog biscuits every day.
4) Were very flexible with payment, arrangement and all other business agreements.
5) 10 year warranty on labor speaks a lot for a company in business for this long.
6) Amana system also comes with a ten year warranty.
Walked me through several options, gave me multiple quotes so I was in charge of how much I spent and what I saved later.
Couldn’t be happier with my new AC.

Well, never a good thing to have to spend thousands of dollars two years in a row — but unfortunately this month my 28 year old furnance gave in.
Once again Gary had the lowest price on my furnance by $ 600 — installed. 10 year warranty on my furnance, labor&parts. New boards, blower, furance, etc. My entire house now has brand new Amana everything — from the AC, furnace, blower, thermostats, etc. I saved over $ 2,900 by using Avis & Sons — for a system with longer warranties than competitors. They also warranty labor, which is awesome… peace of mind. Give these guys a call. I certainly didn’t regret it!
