I wish I could give this place a ½ a star. HORRIBLE management. Overpriced and very disorganized.

The last review had it right. Great location, but over priced for what you get. The management is lacking professionalism too. I have never received a call back from anyone in the office. I have been here for two years and I’m done. I will call the office, they will say ok we will call you right back. I tell them my apartment number and my phone number. And I never hear back. No follow through. I have also had negative experiences with one individual in particular in the office who make things up and then would refer to the wrong apartment all together. We’ve made maintenance calls and they never show up. Then we will find out 3 weeks later there was never a work order created. For as much money as they charge and all of the things they expect from the tenants you would expect better service. They also expect you to provide your own paper if you use the printer in the«office» that is provided for tenants. And the hot tub is usually broken.

Apartments are in a great location, but that’s about all they have going for them. Overpriced, and you have to pay monthly AUM fee for water and sewage of $ 50, no matter how much water you use. No front gate so people are always going through the dumpsters and others(non-tenants) drive in and dump their old TVs. I left my apt. better than I found it and they still kept about $ 150 of my deposit, saying I had to pay for carpet cleaning… not sure that’s legal but my carpet was immaculate as they’d cleaned it after 6 months of my being there and I didn’t live there the last 6 mo much as I was on the go. Friendly staff and great neighbors are the positives. Great weight room. Lot of families, thin walls, many babies… as Indian families working at HealthNet are here in great numbers.
