My daughter and I go in here a lot after school, at like 4:30−5, The servers are always friendly and fast, there is never a line, as this one is hidden a bit on Boyette Rd in a small plaza.

Can we get a 0 star rating? I quit going to Subway all together because of this location. That was several years ago. I see things haven’t changed. I started back with Subway about 2 months ago and have been to this location about 5 of the 7 or 8 times during those last two months. The incompetence behind the counter amazes me, every time we go there they botch something up with the order, don’t ring my card correctly, something… Recently I sent my girlfriend up there to pick us up a sandwich and a salad and the clerk was rude to her… It took the better part of me, and having better things to do not to go up there and let the clerk have it! This last visit proved to be no different. I walked in at 8:30 a full hour and a half before they close thinking I might get lucky to get decent service, as you NEVER walk in to one of these places a few minutes to closing. WRONG! Again the order was botched. The meat was cold the bread was toasted, she had poured out the tea and never mentioned this when I said I’d like to order a large tea. She then informed me that it ‘goes bad’ and they have to pour it out… REALLY? Don’t insult my intelligence Subway clerk lady… Regardless even if that were the case due to some standard the restaurant has then you pour it out at 5 or 6pm and make a batch for the night customers… What’s really going on is you’re too busy closing up shop to give your customers some decent service. I then check my receipt and notice the register clock is a full 20 – 25 minutes ahead… Don’t tell me you’re not trying to skip out early… NEVERAGAIN! I hope the owner is forced to close this store in these hard economic times. I’ve got better places to spend my money on a meal…
