I’m really happy they placed a sign outside their doors advertising the fact they have more options than yogurt. My hubby is on this kick with ice cream sandwiches, and basically ice cream inside anything. cookies, donuts, deep fried. He stopped in and ordered the ice cream Bun sandwich.
Basically you choose your flavor ice cream, pistachio today and they place it between two buns then bake it for 5min… It slightly smell and taste like waffles /​donuts. He also had them drizzle strawberry sauce over it. Definitely have napkins on hand.
It’s a very clean inside and has seating but I prefer the seating right outside in the middle isle of the mall. You can do a lot of people watching and bump into friends;)
All around yummy. Very friendly employees too

First off the frozen yogurt is AMAZING, the Oreo cheesecake, espresso and horchata OMG! 5 stars for that.
–1 star though because the topping selection isn’t that big just mainly very basic toppings, nothing great and It’s REALLY awkward asking for a sample here, like your doing something wrong but I’m sure if they didn’t do that kids from the mall would just come in, take samples and then leave.

I ordered a ice cream bun wich was actually good they made it fresh to order the ice cream was not melted it was just right. very clean inside just the right amount of seats inside or you can even sit outside I will be back but to try there teas:)

Their boba is disgusting. Tastes like stale black licorice. But don’t worry, the owner will tell you you’re wrong and it’s delicious while the girl behind the counter laughs at you.

Yogurt is good. Location is awesome, it’s in the mall! Service sucks! She never greeted me while I was paying and was on the phone talking about her samsung phone. I actually got a smile from her after I paid but not even a thank you.
Service for that certain employee is a NO star.

Went here for the boba which wasn’t too bad. My husband got a Thai iced tea and i got the espresso flavor. I’ve definitely been to better boba places but being that it is riverside, most of those places are near UCR and I didn’t have time to drive out that far. Also, its a bit pricey for boba bit thats probably because its located inside a mall. The lady at the counter was nice and friendly though. Didn’t try the frozen yogurt but maybe I will next time if I have a craving for it.

My daughter and I stopped by, good selection, lots of toppings, clean place. The only negative thing I can point out is cheap plastic spoons– really, if you spend little more money and get better spoons it’s perfect location:)

This Fro Yo place is alright in terms of the actual yogurt and the toppings they have available. However, the prices are rather high (I think its 42 cents per ounce), so that’s the first reason I was kind of turned off to it. The second was that when I asked for a sample cup the employee actually felt the need to come out and fill the sample cup for me. I understand that you don’t want your customers to be reusing the cups or taking a bunch of sample and then not buying much, but come on. I feel like especially because the prices are already kind of high, you can let me take a couple sample cups and do it myself. It made me feel like I was being ‘watched’ at a yogurt place like I’m a bad kid.

The staff here is very rude. Somebody needs to teach them some customer service skills. I have never been to a place where a paying customer was yelled at and embarrased in front of many for trying to sample a flavor using the tiny cups they provide for sampling. Such a horrific experience, we should have just threw our yogurt on the floor and left. Instead, we continued and paid for it despite of their rudeness. The owner should keep note of the comments here and discipline your employees.

Wild Berry was impressive. Its a new yogurt shop that just opened up in the Tyler Galleria just next to the Nordstroms entrance. They have a ton of flavors that were delicious. They were very good about letting me sample the flavors. The toppings they had were pretty amazing too. There were these orange passion fruit filled balls that were really tasty. If you happen to make it in there, you need to try it out.
Overall, the place looks very nice; great décor, really cool color choice. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Will totally be back here.
