Total Piano Care

After reading the reviews on Unilocal I had to give Total Piano Care a shot. I was not disappointed! Landon came out the same day to fix a sticking key and was prompt, courteous, and extremely reasonably priced. He was extremely knowledgable about our piano and gave helpful information about future care without any pressure to spend money. I cannot recommend Landon and his business any more– this is as good as it gets!

I cannot say thank you enough to Total Piano Care for tuning my piano. It had not been tuned in over 8 or 9 years. Landon worked on it for a few hours and now it sounds like when my mother bought it back in 1962. In addition, he explained the work and showed me the interior of the piano and how the parts worked. Now I can give my granddaughter lessons on my old piano. I am super satisfied and will have Landon come back every six months. thanks for a job well done.

Called Total Piano Care on a Friday from a Google Search and Unilocal ratings and the lady answering the phone was professional, courteous and customer oriented. She explained everything about the business and gave me several open apt options including the following Monday. Landon came out Monday, very prompt. Very professional, decent, knowledgeable and detail oriented. AND very reasonable. So glad that I found a decent, professional, affordable local piano tuner. HIGHLY recommend Landon and Total Piano Care. BTW, he was very helpful in answering and making recommendations re other piano related questions I had.

Landon came to our house today and spent about 2.5 hours tuning our piano. I am marveled just by the amount of time he spent on the piano but also by how easy he was to work with and his overall attitude. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to tune their piano in the area to him!

I just received a 1913 Reed and Sons upright grand as a gift and needed someone to tune her for me, so I turned to Unilocal.I found Landon, and I’m glad I did. Landon arrived early, took his time tuning her, and gave me an education as to what a wonderful 100 year old piano I so lucky to receive. His rate was very reasonable as well. I won’t hesitate to call him again, and also recommend him highly. A pleasure to do business with.

I googled local piano tuners and called a few. Landon texted me with a special price. We’ve had our piano in the family for 40 years. Landon meticulously showed it some much needed TLC! He was punctual and thorough and the piano sounds better than it ever has. I highly recommend him!

Landon was very professional. He responded to my call promptly. We scheduled the repair/​tuning for a week out. He called before he came over and worked diligently to bring my old piano up to snuff. His price was very competitive. He also gave me additional information on the upkeep and longevity of my piano and even shared some leads on ways to repair my broken electronic keyboard. He gave a detailed receipt of the work completed which also contained all contact and business information.
He was positive and professional and I would recommend him to anyone looking to tune their upright or grand piano.

We just hired Landon to tune our piano. He did great, taught me alot I didnt know about how to take care of my piano. He took quality time, and was very professional and knowledgeable. I fully recommend!

I found Landon online after to moving to Redlands. He arrived on time, was friendly, and did a very thorough job tuning my very out-​of-​tune upright piano. The price was amazing and he spent around three hours getting it just right. He also told me to call if any notes slip out of tune in the near future. Professional and knowledgeable. A+ service.

My piano was just recently purchased and was extremely out of tune, but after calling these guys, I swear it sounds better than newer comparable pianos! The price was much lower than all the other estimates i had called for in the local area (tuning and pitch raise), not to mention the quick responses I would receive either by email or by phone.
Landon Paul was the person from Piano Tuning and Repair that tuned my piano, and after seeing his work, I highly recommend him! The care and detail incorporated in his work is unbelievable and very admirable.
