Like every other all you can eat sushi place. You can pick from the whole menu. Price went up. The service here is iffy at times. Plus you’re force to leave a tip if you roll deep with people. Not cool.

Tomo 7 Sushi is a place where you can get your sushi fix on. The AYCE menu is price about the same as other sushi restaurants, and with wait up to 1 hour at other sushi restaurants, the upside to Tomo is the fast sit down and service. The quality of the fish was good(i had the mackerel) but the rolls could use some extra care in the making. Would come back If i needed to get my sushi fix on.

The quality of the fish is mediocre and the preparation is uninspired(But what do you expect for $ 22.00AYCE). They didn’t charge us extra for the 4 whole rolls we refused to eat. It didn’t make us violently ill though, so that’s a plus. I guess.

Horrible service. The whole sushi bar was dirty and it was empty. My fish came before my drink and my wasabi. A lot of confusing signs about how cheap it was. Not until I got the bill did they say they charge dinner prices for lunch on Sunday’s. It was 1pm! Wpw! Definitely not worth $ 24. Try sushi asahi. It’s 5miles away. No confusing signs. great service and delicious selection.

Food was good but service sucked lady kept leaving us and never came back to ask for refills or if we wanted our check. After sitting there for 10−15mins we flagged down two different waiters to help us.

This place has slowly been going downhill(in my opinion). The last good time we had here was September. Then most of the familiar faces disappeared. Thankfully last night was great again so I am glad because this is my husbands favorite sushi place because of their 3 rolls for $ 14.99 with miso soup deal.

Rating 3.5 Came here with my girlfriend, only because it was the only sushi place open at 10pm. We both ordered the all you can eat sushi for about $ 22 per person. I really liked that this place gives you the whole menu to choose from for the all you can eat option. The sushi was good, the service here however was not. We were sitting dead center in the room, and had to flag down the waitress every time to take our menu. We also marked multiple items on the menu but they frequently forgot to give them to us(Miso Soup, and one other sushi roll). All in all, this place is an okay sushi place to go to, the fish quality was good and have an extensive menu for the all you can eat option. The fish tasted good, but they usually mask it with teriyaki sauce or spicy mayo sauce if you order a roll. The portion of rice to fish for the sushi is also really good, they give you a little sliver of rice, and a big portion of fish. So do i recommend coming here? Sure, the all you can eat option for $ 22 per person gives you a nice selection to choose from, and taste good.

Mediocre at best Order the dinner special 3 rolls plus miso soup for $ 14.99 Good value but the rolls are nothing special we had a hard time even choosing 3 that looked or sounded good(so glad we didn’t do the AYCE) Also ordered a Bento Box with teriyaki chicken and a sashimi salad. The salad was iceberg lettuce, the egg roll tasted like oil, the chicken was all fat. The fact that my boyfriend finished his dinner and our check was brought to the table before my dinner even came out made for an awkward situation The hot tea smelled like fish and tasted like rice I opted for 2 stars instead of 1 because the Golden Philadelphia Roll was very tasty. But then again anything fried tastes good. Place was packed when we left…

I had to take one star off due to the plumbing problem they had in the restroom. I turned the sink on and thought I was in the titanic for a second because water quickly started coming thru the drain in the floor. Started to freak me and my daughter out especially since Leonardo wasn’t there to save me lol!!! Anywho, the sushi was really good for the price, any 3 rolls for $ 15.99. Popcorn Lobster, Double Dragon and the Golden Dragon was really delish. Wish they had a bar that served regular alcohol, but overall, I’ll be back maybe with my bedazzled flask with peach siroc in it lmao j/k.

I tried Tomo 7 after heading from friends that it was great sushi for a great price. If its sushi and its inexpensive AND delicious, I had to try it! Words cannot express my disappointment. Its not the worst sushi I’ve had and, despite my friend’s excitement about this place, my expectations were reasonably tempered. It just was not that good. The most immediately noticeable thing about the sushi is that the rice was poorly made. It was overcooked and gummy. Well made rice is the base for any great sushi. I do have to mention that I got the 3 rolls for $ 14.99 and I have noticed that, at some sushi restaurants, the quality of their meal specials are generally noticeably lower than their normal priced food. However, I find it hard to believe that they have a container of overcooked rice for the cheap rolls that is separate from the rice they use for normally priced rolls, but you never know: P I may return to Tomo 7 to try their normally priced rolls and see if it makes a difference or maybe I just came on an off day. Either way, the food here was uninspiring. It would be difficult for me to return unless someone else was paying for my meal here.

Came by recently after a friend recommended. Ordered the 3 rolls for $ 14.99 special. Since it was our first time there we asked a million questions and the staff was very polite. Menus have a picture and decription of each roll, which is a big plus. There were several all-fish rolls as well as the majority of california roll with fish on top or tempura. Several rolls with no rice as well. Overall, I thought the food was pretty good, and I’ll probably return for the special. Pros: — Stays open late! Most sushi places I’ve been to in the ares are closed by 9pm, so this is awesomec. — Good selection of rolls, including rolls with no imitation crab, no rice, etc. The Galaxy roll was delicious(spicy tuna inside, fresh fish on top), as well as some other roll(can’t remember name) with albacore on top of spicy tuna and red onions. Also wanted to try the spicy tuna wrapped in fish, but ran out of my 3 options. — Service was quick, they answered all our many questions with no attitude, they followed all our special requests Cons: — horrible ghetto club music playing! Who’s in charge of the music selecion here? Don’t know if I could handle sitting through it long enough to do AYCE! If they were to change the station or playlist I’d give 5 stars for sure. But as is the ambience kinda sucked… Go for the food though!

AVOID! This place was terrible! Drove all the way from Redlands and was incredibly disappointed. $ 35 for four rolls would be a good deal if they weren’t disgusting. Fish had a disgusting after taste will probably be sick later.

Really, really good and fresh, and always have a special. We love the 3 Rolls and Miso soup for $ 14.99; how can you beat that. They have everything you can possible imagine, even exotic rolls containing no rice, my personal favorite. The menu is informative with pictures and the Sushi Chefs are happy to make it any way you want it. Service is impeccable, very clean, and the staff is very pleasant. If you haven’t tried this sushi place, you have to give it a go, you will be full, very satisfied and will still have money in your wallet when you leave.

Every time I come here they keep raising the prices. It used to be $ 10 during lunch all you can eat and then it was $ 12 and I think now it’s up to $ 15. And that was in a year span. For $ 15 ayce sushi this place isn’t bad. It’s cheaper but you do pay for what you get. The sushi isn’t as fresh in my opinion but the servers are always super fast and friendly. Our water glasses were never left empty and they are pretty fast with bringing out the sushi. The dishes here aren’t too extraordinary and have nothing special about them. I personally wouldn’t choose to come here again myself but if my friends wanted to come then I wouldn’t oppose it. It’s kind of a hit or miss at this place. As college students we would always come here for cheap ayce sushi when we weren’t in the mood for paying $ 25 at asahi.

Went to try this place out after hearing some good things about it. The things I’ve heard are true! The fish quality is a lot better than Asahi and the service is on point. Friendly and welcoming! They have a lot of specials throughout the week but my friends and I went for the AYCE, because, how can you not? The fish cuts were a bit thinner but longer than other AYCE places but it was really good nonetheless with an appropriate rice portion too!(: I LOVE albacore and its hard to find places with good albacore but Tomo 7 hit the spot! Their salmon and tuna were on point as well! I also love edamame and their edamame was cooked to perfection and not too salty, which is another plus along with the miso soup that was actually hot and not just warm or cold. Overall: Fish quality: A Service: A Environment: A I’ll definitely be back again~

Food-B, Service-C. Overall 3 Stars I like how they have a Lunch Special any 2 Rolls/$ 10 and the dinner/weekend any 3 Rolls/$ 15 so I can limit on what eat while being able to take home leftovers. I don’t get a sushi food coma after and I don’t break the bank either. The special applies to ANY roll they have, from their $ 6-$ 13 rolls. AYCE is $ 20 – 23 depending on lunch and dinner. Service is slow. I understand that maybe there’s only 1 – 2 people working the front with about 3 – 4 sushi chefs, but they really need to hire more people or speed up the service. It’s kinda irritating that we get the food so slowly when we’re basically the only ones there for an early lunch. I DO like how they have a «on the house» appetizer consisting of spicy mayo, some other sauce with crab on a chip for everyone. They also have a kids version for the little ones. Food is ok, not great. They pile so much rice on their special rolls and its a bit hard to appreciate the full rolls’ value when you’re struggling to even finish the roll. I will admit Tomo has some innovative rolls such as their Google, but I wasn’t wow-ed by the sushi compared to places like Oishi in MoVal and Asahi in Corona. For the same price, I’d try AYCE at Asahi but do come here if you’re looking for 2 – 3 rolls to eat.

I currently have food poisoning due to my Wednesday AYCE lunch experience here at Tomo 7. The service was great me and my co-worker got th free appetizer which was nice. Mind you I’m a huge sushi eater. I don’t eat cook sushi very often I don’t even consider that real sushi. I love sushi rolls but they have to be all raw nothing cooked. We tried th all you can eat for lunch and the raw rolls were decent they had an extremely fishy taste and were made with the slimmest pieces of fish. That’s when I decide this place is all about the cooked rolls with shrimp tempura, imitation crab, and lots of sauces. Not really my style but I decided to proceed with my lunch. Someone sitting directly next to me order the baked mussel, it literally smelled like the restaurant sewer system was backed up and taking over th kitchen. It was awful ! I will not return especially after th food poisoning. If you like real, raw sushi don’t go ! They do have good service though
