Have ordered twice and disappointed both times. Pizza arrived warm, almost cold and soggy. I hate cold pizza, why not invest in a warmer like the other pizza deliveries? No parmesan cheese or peppers at all. The meat filling was a small amount and to pay $ 35 for one pizza??? No thank you

We just went there last night for dinner and a band. The band was good but they started way late. The drinks we had were so weak in alcohol that you better bring your own booze. We paid $ 33.00 for a stuffed pizza which we were not sure what it was stuffed with because all we tasted was sauce. The hostess were very rude and under trained. We had reservations and they took money out of our checking account but yet they couldn’t find us on their list. They left our party outside for 30 minutes while they tried to figure out their mistake. When they found their mistake there was no apology until much later. This is not our first time having an issue with Ramonos, the Mission Grove restaurant is just as bad. Rude and under trained. Will never go back for dinner or drinks to either place. But may go back to see the band’s. It’s not the bands fault. The people that showed up the night of the concert without reservation were able to get a table without paying for a table. The owner really need to look into this and correct these problems.

While the food is ok, the customer service here is subpar and really unacceptable. Hostess at the front was unable to seat us at a table because they had«no servers on»… We went around to the patio to wait until their staff arrived. We asked for the blaring tv sounds to be turned off on the patio three times. No apologies offered. All staff, including management, needs to be refreshed on service industry standards.

So far the Cesar salad is amazing dressing and crutons made from scratch. Our sever Lindsay is a doll. We are waiting for our pizza. Omg the pizza is amazing it takes about 40 minutes since it is deep dish/stuffed. Service still awsome. We will be back.

We had a great lunch and Brenna was a great bar tender. She was so much fun to deal with. Will definitely keep coming back

We eat here every other Saturday night. I just read all the other reviews and I was sad to see people so unhappy with the service. We always get amazing service but then again, they know us because we are there all the time. They always are friendly, and I’m not sure who the unfriendly waitresses are but then we only eat in the dining room so maybe that’s it. The blonde Jessica is an amazing waitress and she even remembers everything that you want from week to week. Their house Blue cheese vinaigrette is an awesome salad dressing and their chicken risotto is amazing without the chicken. Seriously, I just get extra mushrooms and add broccoli. Their fish special is also usually pretty good. My friend always get the champagne chicken and it is quite lovely. Hope this helps

I live crossing the street from this place and is always so full that we decided to give it a try. Atmosphere is good, more for adults than kids. Nice salon area and decoration. There was a 15 min wait and staff in the waiting are was very nice. However food was not what I was expected. Complimentary bread was good. We ordered the fried mozzarella as an appetizer, it was not hot just warm but quality of cheese was good. We ordered a dish pizza half pepperonni half cheese, which usually takes 30 – 45 min to be ready. Our server explained this to us, but the wait was not worth it. Pizza presentation was regular, nice dough, well cooked, but it looked like a big mess of sauce. Im not a pizza fan and I usually stay away from it because it gives me stomach. Indeed, I only could ate 1 slice because it was so heavy and sauce tastes a little bit spicy(pepper, perhaps?). I didn’t enjoyed it neither my bf though it was worth it. Our server, she was, lets say different. I didnt like her attitude. She kept asking everybody«Are you happy?» when checking if the food was OK. I feel she was not a genuine person. She took a long time to give us the tab and return my card. My bf gave me a hard time because I gave her a good tip. Lol. Bottom line we will not returned to this place. Im not a

I give Romanos 3 stars. The place is very nice and has a great atmosphere. The Chicago Pizza is amazing and super delicious. The service is okay, not bad for a Saturday Lunch. They do not take American Express! Too bad I would come more often. Best advice would be take your food to go and skip the dine in.

The place is a little dingy, the girl that seated us was polite but you could tell she didn’t wanna be there. Our waitress bree was really helpful and very nice! She brought our drinks and appetizer quick. We ordered the stuffed«spicy Italian» pizza just to try it and it was probably the best Chicago style pizza I’ve had! The sauce is tasty and the pizza was cheesy and delicious! i love this place I can’t wait to try more things from the menu. Highly recommend the pizza! 4 stars because it’s not the nicest place but the pizza is great

Wow what a terrible experience! Started as soon as we walked in. Hostess was extremely rude and had no customer service, she treated us like dirt. We would of left right then but we were meeting people there. Took FOREVER to get our drinks and my wife and kids was not offered a re fill. It took 30 minutes to get the appetizer and when it arrived it was cold. The main food also took a ridiculous amount of time to be served. Being a business owner I just don’t get it. This place definitely needs a overhaul and new management. You guys should really listen to your customers. I wish I would of looked up the reviews of this place before I stepped foot in the door. And what is the deal with automatically adding 18% gratuity? It was my wife and I and 2 kids on the check! I’m guessing it’s the only way those people you call servers get tipped? Lesson learned and will not return… YUCK

Their service is disappointing. The pizza is great but it’s hard to want to go there when the service is just so bad. All of my experiences have been in a low rating. If we go to a show we will eat before going. If I place a pizza oder and pick it up, they tell me that it’s going to be 25 – 30 mins. which isn’t even the case. pizza is usually done in 15 – 20 mins. Then I’m there waiting for service to get a cold pizza… ughhh

Went for a late bite. Service was a little slow, but Daniel(not out server) more than made up for it. Daniel brought out the food and just really took care of our requests for additional sauces. «No problem, I’ll get right on that» and then DID. Daniel — GREATJOB, even though you are NOT a server — you should be. Great customer service, very friendly and took care of business. Oh yea — the food was REALLYGOODALSO!!! We’ll be back and hopefully the next time, Daniel will be a server and not Kitchen Help!

My eggplant Ramono was good but Nancy and Lillian’s potatos were very saulty and the chicken was tough, could not cut thr chicken with a fork. Ha we found out they have a replacement cook. We’ll give it another try when the original chef returns. Stay tuned.

There are two reasons I go out to eat. Quality prepared food, and customer service. At Romano’s, there is no such thing as customer service. And unfortunately, I have been here a few times in both big and small parties.

Their Chicago stuffed pizza was absolutely delish! So was their calamari! Me and my bf are new to the area and we will definitely be coming back! Also really good beer selection.

It’s easy to overlook this fine trattoria and pizzeria because it is tucked away in the Canyon Crest Towne Center. However, infrequent visits have always confirmed their overall competency. My last trip didn’t involve food but I did enjoy the amazing little stage and lightning. You see, any band that plays here can feel like rock stars for their set. The rumor is that this will move downtown where D-Dawgs used to be, thereby leaving a little more space to develop for a wider clientele. After all, Canyon Crest is one of Riverside’s better areas. Pizza is what I craved and pizza is what I got. The small thin crust was really good! I’ll definitely order that again. I also appreciated the efforts of the bartender who sweetly used a menu to block the glaring sun that hit me dead on for about ten minutes. Thank you dear :-) her recommendation for a light yet distinctive and strong beer also hit the proverbial spot. I was able to sip, munch and edit a paper in a fun atmosphere. Some regulars added spice to the background that made me laugh. I can’t tell you how the pasta dishes taste(yet), but if its beer and pizza you desire, prices are quite reasonable. My pint was only $ 4.50 compared to $ 6 elsewhere.

Awesome service! My boyfriend and I live right down the street so we come here often and sit at the bar just to hang out. Angel is wonderful! She takes the time to get to know you and is very attentive. Kate is also amazing! She is very sweet and makes THEBEST chocolate raspberry martini. If she is there you need to order one(or two…)… We also love Daniel! He is very personable and makes sure that we are doing well at the bar. Tonight there was a with a huge(and an annoyingly loud) party and the bartenders were very professional and calm and took the time to make sure each and every one of their customers(including those not of that party) were well taken care of. We usually go during the week and the environment is fairly quiet and calm. We typically sit at the bar. Brad is great! He always talks to us and makes us feel welcome. Victoria is also so nice! She is very attentive and sweet. Get to know the employees! They are wonderful peple!

The patio is SO nice because our toddler can run around and enjoy herself. Plus usually someone else on the patio either has another child or dog. Which is always nice to keep the kid occupied while we enjoy dinner. USUALLY going to this Romano’s though, I know that we will be forgotten outside because it has happened plenty of times. We continue to go because the pizza is good and the atmosphere is nice even though we know we might get slow service. This trip was especially good because our server Chloe, was extremely attentive and fast! She had a great attitude and great service, which like I mentioned can sometimes be hard to find at this Romano’s. During our meal Chloe came out and gave our daughter some pizza dough to play with.(she also gave another child some as well) That was the most thoughtful thing, wanna know why? Well any parent can tell you. My daughter was entertained for another 30 – 45 minutes no question! We were able to sit and relax while my daughter played with some pizza dough! I am telling you in the world now a days, little gesture like that is GREATLY appreciated. Thank you Chloe we will be back!

Concert Lounge 7÷3÷15… Paradise City(Guns n Roses cover band). Great Mutha-effin– Show! Slash, Izzy, Duff, Stadler and Axl rocked the house last week. As i wait in line… i hear the notes of Welcome to the Jungle start… i mean, what band actually starts a show on Time? damn professionals. But once inside, I grab a Newcastle and make my way up front. Being a tall Black guy does payoff at times.(no cops around luckily) N-E Way. The music is kicking! Set was basically Appetite for Destruction thru Use your Illusion. Nightrain, It’s So Easy, Patience, My Michelle, Knocking on Heavens Door, Used to Love Her, Think About You, Rocket Queen, Mr. Brownstone, Out ta Get Me, Live n Let Die, You Could Be Mine, November Rain, You’re Crazy, Think About You, Don’t Cry and of course closing w/Paradise City! Great I remembered all that after 3 –5 Newcastles in. «Slash» was amazing on the guitar. Still hot as fuk in this space. damn. One other brotha in the place(non security besides me. …we can like some hard rock too!) No ladies in the mood to dance this time. But the band delivered!
