I had nothing but a good experience here! Really good prices and super friendly staff. They are very personable and I don’t think I’ll use any other cleaners. They only charged $ 16 for an alteration to a bridesmaid dress that at the tailor was going to be $ 45. Glad I went here!

If you want to feel like a friend and that your business is valued, go to Pressing Matters. I have been using them for years, and the other cleaners I have used do not compare. They will get to know you, always smile, and even have a delivery service! I cannot believe the negative review for this company, because I know that they would do anything to make their customers happy. (Sounds like Annie T. was having a bad day and looking to take it out on someone, and I’m not sure you can trust someone who starts a sentence but doesn’t even finish it, or doesn’t take the time to proof-​read before posting. Also, if you look at her 100 reviews, she went through on the 19^th and reviewed a bunch of places she went to months ago, but tried to put dates on the posting to make it seem current. Way to abuse Unilocal Annie!) So keep up the good work guys and don’t mind the negative Nancy’s, or Annie’s, because you are 5 out of 5.

September 2013. I went there around 2:30 pm today to pick up a tux and wedding dress I had dropped off almost three weeks ago. When I went in, the owner said (okay just finishing this review now because I was so upset with what they did to the clothes I didn’t even want to waste time but I need others to be aware of what happened). They put a hole in one of the tuxedo pant leg. Then my dress was all dirty like it wasn’t even dry cleaned!

Always friendly and gracious customer service. And by far the fastest cleaners I have ever been to.

Wow, old fashioned GOOD customer service. No, I should say GREAT customer service. I don’t get many things dry cleaned but when I do, it’s usually big things like a down comforter. They provide excellent service and are reasonably priced. Imagine that! I highly recommend this establishment.

There aren’t many affordable, reliable dry cleaners on the planet, so I’m willing to write a few lines in praise of Pressing Matters. Located in a barren shopping center across from the Riverside Police Department, they offer honest, detail-​oriented work for some of the best prices in the city.
My father held a business account with Pressing Matters for years and continues to drive across town for their service. I live in Los Angeles, but the shocking price of my local dry cleaner compelled me to bring my laundry here. For regular customers, you can save time and arrange a monthly payment plan.
