Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut isn’t as bad as people say. First off, I never really had an issue worth complaining about whenever I ordered here. The employees aren’t just nice and friendly, but they’ve repeated my order before placing my order each time. And they always offer cheese and peppers when I get my order. I also don’t think people understand about the no parmesan or chili peppers either, it’s not like these companies have a UNLIMITED supply! Goodness, sometimes they run out and customers don’t understand unless they were behind the counter knowing how business is each day. Cooking a pizza takes approx 15 mins, but due to issues it can be longer. But most of the time I’ve ordered, it’s been 15 mins tops! I’m shaking my head reading most of the reviews on here.

Had no Parmesan or chili flakes! Like how tf are they even still in business? I am .04 miles from this Pizza Hut and they still showed up 20 mines past the 30min ETA they gave us. PIZZA IS COLD. Cheese sticks are burned and I have no cheese or crushed red pepper to put on my pizza… Horrible just horrible. Close shop already and stop robbing us hard working people of our money for shit I wouldn’t feed to my dog
Pizza Hut, FAIL

Used to love this location because it’s literally 100 steps from our apartment. Ordered 2 pizzas, wings, and a cookie. Very delicious, but the next morning me and my husband were throwing up and trapped on the toilet for hours. Since we both are the same dinner I knew it was severe food poisoning. Not to mention major stomach pain for 3 days. Save yourself the pain-​Stay away!!! Far away!

Overall, they take longer than any other Pizza Hut to actually make the pizza. Over 30 min to make a large pizza. And On top of that, this is the 4^th order they got wrong in one month of me ordering to go… which means more waiting time… and of course more frustration… And because of the employees I know that used to work there… don’t be surprised if customer service is garbage.
Basically, Do yourself a favor and visit a different Pizza Hut…

This place is bad do not go or order from here! My buddy used to work at this spot and after he’s told me what’s gone on in there… well let’s just say I’m good off Pizza Hut lol. The one by target near the freeway has almost the same rep. No way, I’ll post up a picture later of my experience at this Pizza Hut. The pie they gave me had cheese on 2 – 3 slice the rest was sauce and pepperoni… man they lady did not want to give us our money back… big mistake we got it back and a free order but FT we are never coming back here. I may seem like I’m exaggerating this experience but that pic is proof trust lol

Awful customer service! We ordered on the app for delivery and waited for them to deliver, and we have never had any problems doing so. 40 minutes after our estimated delivery time we didn’t receive our order or even a phone call. We called to see what happened and the lady that answered the phone to help didn’t seem to care. She rudely asked for our information and said our order had been cancelled and that the manager had called and spoken with us to inform us. She continued to be rude and never apologized once. Had we actually gotten that phone call the situation would be different. I’m very disappointed that they don’t teach their employees to be genuine and respectful in situations where there’s a misunderstanding or issue. As someone who has been in customer service for years it’s just unacceptable to me.

They always forget my ranch that I’m paying for which is ridiculous, I think if you’re ordering wings you should be able to get it free. But what make me not want to order from here anymore is because the driver took it upon himself to take how much ever tip he wanted I was short $ 5. I always tip too that’s what really messed up and that same day my order was messed up. I called and spoke to a manager about the change missing and pizza was wrong so he sent us and new pizza and said he’d give us our change and what do you know??! The same dumb driver came back and never gave me my change but did apologize for giving the wrong amount back I was like wtf! Dude keep that shit dumbass crack head tsk tsk never ordering from here again and I sure didn’t eat that pizza they sent! Shame on this pizza hut

Pizza was good ! Customer service was very poor ! They got my number wrong and house address wrong ! I waited for more than 45 min and called them to found out about what happen ! then waited again for another 30 min to have my daughter pizza if it’s not my daughter request I will not wait for it ! Suggestion please verify all info before completing your order !

Ordered online. Pizzas were ready on time. Pizzas were decent. However, the customer service was awful.
They were out of pepper flakes and parmesan cheese. I asked for a side of ranch and garlic sauce. You’d think that they’d comp the sauces in lieu of not having flakes or cheese but nope. Charged for them.
Run out of basic supplies at a pizza place by 4pm = Poor management.
Btw, the guy forgot to give me the ranch and garlic sauce he charged me for.
Next time I’ll drive further to the next pizza hut.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered tonight for delivery. I LITERALLY LIVE NEXT DOOR. The delivery person apparently couldn’t find my apartment even though I’ve ordered a bajillion times before. Called in and Ashlynn the manager gave me crazy attitude on the phone, told me it was basically my fault they couldn’t find it…(I was sitting outside waiting and watching for the delivery person) and then… SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I have called the district manager Noël and will be contacting corporate. I went into the store for my void slips and met even more attitude. I was outside called the manager and they were inside laughing at us and then came outside to threaten to call the cops on us for «loitering.» What a joke. Shannon and Ashlynn, you will both be reported to corporate. Thanks.

Nice place First time I come here… got here around 11 it tooks more than 30 minutes for my order. Never going back again.
There is room for improvement.

Went in this restaurant for the first time and our experience was HORRIBLE! We had some confusion with their debit/​credit card charge and she was rude about it. As we waited inside for our order we heard the cashier, Alayna, in the back talking about her experience with us to her co-​worker. Let’s just say she had nothing good to say about it. So unprofessional! You don’t talk about your customers like that, and if you do, at least make sure we don’t hear it. Very rude and will never come back again!

I have to say that I have ordered pizza from this location for 9 years but never again. We ordered a pizza on-​line like I have the past 30+ times and was expecting our delivery in 30 – 45 mins like normal. Well after an hour I call the store and talk to Mario who explains that the driver couldn’t find our home… Ok I delivered pizza in the past and it happens. Keep in mind I have specific directions added to my account but hey it happens. So he says the driver will head out again. I ask Mario if they can remake the order since its been an hour and a half, he says no problem. So 30 minutes later the driver shows up with an attitude and says your house is tough to find. I ignore it and ask if the order has been remade. She says no why would we? Needless to say I sent her away. I call the store for a refund and the «manager» says we can’t do that since you ordered on-​line… What an idiot. Apparently they don’t require a high school education to work there. Don’t waste your time… Order Domino’s!

Nasty !! I called the other night and they deliver and the pizza was moist on the bottom and cold …

Never had a problem with delivery, everything’s always shown up on time or earlier than expected and every delivery guy/​girl we’ve had has been awesome! They always ask me if I want cheese and peppers, which is great because I love both and I always forget to ask myself.

Never again!!! Ordered my pizza online got my email confirmation and they canceled my order! I waited 45 minutes for my pizza no email telling me my order had been canceled nothing, I called in to find out. Never using Pizza Hut again!!!

Best customer service ever. I was a total mess placing my order and SAM was super patient and didnt make me feel bad for changing my order and making it complicated! Best attitude I think I’ve came across at any pizza place. or restaurant for that matter.

Horrible. Took a chance on this for a change of pace and regretted every bite. Don’t bother trying the thin crust it is completely disgusting. I told my girlfriend if I ever consider eating here again to punch me in my junk.

The pizza is really good and always ready before they say it will be ready. The staff is very friendly and its in a great location.
