I am giving this location a five star rating not because of the warehouse which messed up my best mans suit. But because of the fabulous attention to detail and customer service WE received from Jenny. An employee inside of this location. Upon arriving she very busy with other customers, we waited our turn and she walked us through each step and also made an adjustment to a shirt that did not come true to size. I wanted to tell her thank you via the Internet, while checking in to this location I happen to read a few negative reviews. Understanding that there is always a human element to most situations, Jenny did a great job providing us with great customer service. My best man left out satisfied and less irritated with the location in his home city ! S/o to Jenny!

Terrible business. This was my first time using them. I was getting married; my groomsmen and I went about ten weeks before the ceremony to get fitted. We were told we would receive an email when they arrived, but the suits were guaranteed to arrive 2 days prior(2 days prior doesn’t seem like enough time to make corrections). One week before the ceremony, they emailed one of my groomsmen. The pants were the wrong color; the suit did not much at all. Men’s Wearhouse said they would order the correct ones and they would be here before the ceremony. They wanted to charge us an additional $ 10 for each pair of pants. That’s completely absurd! Of course we complained and had the charge waived. Two days before the ceremony I still hadn’t received any notification, so I called, they said all the suits had arrived. I questioned why we hadn’t received notification, but they just blamed it on corporate. Story gets better. I was originally told my suit would be free because there were five others in my wedding party getting suits. As part of a promotion, rent 5 and get 1 free. They told me I wasn’t eligible because the groomsmen did not have jackets. «Then why did they tell me it would be free 10 weeks ago?» This business is the worst, you’re better off going to goodwill for your formal attire.

I went to this Men’s Wearhouse yesterday in order to pick up my husband’s tuxedo for our friend’s wedding. Upon walking in, we saw two employees– one sitting behind the main desk and one sitting with her feet up and on a cell phone sitting on a small chair in the far corner. Therefore, our first impression was that this may not be a professional experience. We had to pay for the tux right away, even though he had not tried it on yet. This was quite a bit different from experiences we had in the past. As my husband and one of the ladies went into the back to try on his tux(he had already ordered and was picking up), I began to walk around and look at the various items they had. The space itself was extremely small and was quite dirty. The carpeting had stains all over it, dust and dirt was spread across the floor and a dirty old boombox was sitting in the corner(not on). While I was looking around, two women(one looked like a manager) spent time texting or looking up videos on their cell phones right in the middle of the store. Not professional at all if you ask me. It took about twenty minutes for my husband to try on his tux and it turned out that the wrong shirt and wrong pants were ordered. Since the wedding is tomorrow, there clearly was not enough time to order new items. The pants were(fortunately) hemmed at the store, but nothing could be done about the shirt(way too small in length on the arms) and it is obvious that it doesn’t fit properly. I do not recommend this location to anyone. There are tons of tuxedo stores in the area and I do suggest heading to one of those instead.

I must first state that this review is based on walking into the store on a very busy Saturday afternoon. However, I am still disappointed in my the service and information I received. We are getting married this summer and we had some time so I thought we should go into a tuxedo rental store and get some information on how to do, cost, what we need to do, all the things we need to consider. I know nothing about renting tuxes. We were immediately handed a form to fill out with no explanation. When I told the woman we were not ready to order the tuxes on the spot she seemed miffed and that with my wedding date(that is over 4 months away) I needed to do it that day or risk never finding a tuxedo at another store ever again. As a bride I already have a ton of planning, decisions, and time lines to meet. I don’t need a tuxedo sales associate scaring me and stressing me out further stating that I needed to do this now and should have done it 2 months ago and that if I didn’t do it right this time it might not happen. I’m over 4 months out. If tuxedo shops are booked I have other options I don’t need her stressing me out. And although I listened to her with a grain of salt it got into my head and I stressed. You are not going to make a sale by scaring someone into it. If that’s your style of business you must be desperate. I don’t do business like that with anyone for any reason. Also, when I told her to slow down and give me some information about tuxedo rental she started talking a mile a minute I could barely understand anything she said. I had to ask her over and over what she meant and why? and what? When i asked if my groom could try on tuxedos she thought I was implying that he do it right then and there, which I knew wouldn’t happen with their busy day. That I should make an appointment which is fine but then she confusingly said they had nothing in stock to try on anyway. I left confused and stressed. Walked into a competitors store today, did the deal on the spot b/c they were so relaxed and personable.
