McDonald’s

Today I ordered a McGriddle and two sausage McMuffins and walked away with completely different items. It’s unfair that I paid the higher price and ended up with biscuit sandwiches instead. Called and spoke to Juanita and she asked me to go back but I was on the freeway already. They need to double check orders and be helpful in resolving problems like this so the customer does not get overcharged. Good job Juanita and team 1÷3÷16 at 10:03 Am. $ 17 for three sandwiches and no hash browns in my bag.

this location has the worse service ever at night… i ordered a crispy chicken maple bacon dijon sandwich combo, get home and find they gave me some pico guac hamburger with lime :(great job

This place always gets my order right and my food always seems fresh… we get parked every so often but its just for a few minutes… The employees are always very nice and courteous. At this location customers are known to pay for their food and for the car behind them. I pulled up to the window and the girl said «your food is already paid for»…I thought it was very nice so I paid for the car behind me. Glad to see there are lots of good people still out there.

30 minutes to get 2 cheeseburges and a coffee and 1 iced coffee. Management clearly doesnt give a rats butt about service.

This McDonald’s is horrible. Food quality is bad, always a ridiculous wait even when there’s no one in the drive through. Ive tried 3 times now to order the Asian salad from here, first 2 times they were out of it, today I ordered it, got to the window where I waited a ridiculously long time to find out they were out of dressing. That would of been nice to know earlier seeing how eating an Asian salad with ranch is nasty and I would’ve changed my order, but I was waiting so long I just took the ranch. Got home to open the salad to see the chicken was horribly over cooked and they forgot 2 out of the 4 things that go on the salad. Glad I wasted $ 7. The guy at the drive through was really nice tho.

Guy is a fucked ng dick told me there was only three drinks fuck these guy the wait was like thirty minutes for five drinks this is shit im so pissed off duck you miky ds ds nuts

Great place to stop by on my way home!! When ever my fat ass is craving something I just stop by. Never had a problem with them at all !!!:).Im loving it :)!!!

I’ve live nearby and sadly frequent this McDonald’s for my daughters nuggets and my half sweet tea regular tea. My daughter likes ranch with her nuggets. When I order, I always make sure I say ‘ranch ’ more than once because they Never get it right ! Every time they just throw a BBQ sauce in the bag. I usually check and get the ranch before I leave, but sometimes forget. Never will I go here again ! Terrible customer service. I called and spoke to the middle aged Hispanic man manager. He was Useless. I’ve gotten home with somebody else’s order before, had to go back after getting home (annoying !). Gotten cold fries more than once, missing items countless times … I always say I won’t ever go back, but this time I mean it ! The Pedley rd location is wayyyy better. Sorry Rubidoux Mc Donald’s, you need to hire some people with half a brain ! Pay attention to the order you’re filling. Not everyone wants BBQ sauce, or to have to turn around and drive back after getting home !!! Get it together !

You had one job. All that you had to do was put the Quarter Pounder Deluxe into the bag for a drive through customer. No, a Quarter Pounder with Cheese is not the same. Oh, and the fries were cold.

This place gets no stars from me, I went there one day for breakfast and ordered the Mc muffin meal that comes with two sandwiches and an orange juice. When I paid they gave me a coffee, so I told them I ordered the juice. Then I got home and noticed they only charged me for one sandwich meal. The next day I took my kids after school, I ordered the cheese burger meal with two burgers and a chicken salad with ranch dressing. When I paid they only charged me for the meal, so I told the girl and she charged me separately and told me to pull forward till they bring it out. We waited 11 – 12 minutes, I then go inside told them I’ve been waiting for 12min the girl turns around to ask the drive thru girl and she hands her my bag which was sitting on some machine for 12 minutes! I took the bag, when I get home it didn’t have the dressing or a fork! Never again… I’ll stick to my favorite one in Riverside on University Ave.

I tried to give them another chance as the last time I went I specifically ordered a medium nonfat white hot chocolate. They gave me whole milk which I do not like at all nor can tolerate. I had to pull over and park to go inside and let them know. They tried to offer me another drink the idiots after telling them what difference does it make when you don’t have nonfat milk and yet you still took my order without letting me know.
Well today I went back and ordered a NONFAT WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE and guess what they gave me a small coffee. I hate coffee and dislike it. They obviously need to learn how to pay attention and take orders. Horrible customer service that I called them when I got to work which is a mile away. What do you know no manager or supervisor available lol. We all know its a lie and a shift manager should be available

When I entered this particular mcdonalds I noticed right away (6:00 a. m) the menu was still under lunch and not breakfast … It’s like really I know you know what time it is haha. We got the order and the cashier forgot to put one of our food items on the receipt and we never received a first one .
We ordered for here and I must admit my mcgriddle was really yummy, so was the coffee it woke me right up. I am not sure whether or not to come back to this mcdonalds for lunch. Thankfully I did not see the bathrooms .
Not a place I would enjoy going to, unless I was hungry.

WORST OF THE WORST ON MY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! They can’t never get the other right on the drive-​thru. missing a cookie, or the wrong type of chicken on the salads. Wrong dressings… Gosh, I come home so tired from work, I stop by to get some food, then I get home to find out my order is either incomplete or wrong… come on…

Went to McD’s today. Been having issues there for a while but this one cut the cake. I ordered a large fry and the lady who could barely speak English put me down for a large Sprite. When I brought it to their attention they wanted to charge me a dollar more. I told them that it was their fault, like really why should I pay for their own mistake. The teenage girl said well we can’t do that. I asked for the manager. Next thing I know here comes my large fry without extra charge. The manager needs to hire an all new team. A competent English speaking group of people. Until then I will not be returning to this McDonald’s. There is plenty of others in town that have much better service.

The absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Management needs to hire complete new staff. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here, the workers mess up my order. They are SLOW, RUDE, and INCOMPETENT. Especially the girls working there at night! Their food is also RARELY freshly made.
They make you wait about 10 minutes at drive thru to take your order even when no one else is there!
There have been times where I’ve come to order a Sweet tea and they even mess that up by giving me a medium iced tea. And when confronted about the issue they refuse to believe that they gave me the wrong thing even though everyone knows when you order a $ 1 sweet tea it’s large AND SWEET not flavorless crap. The girl working there argued that it was a medium sweet tea and let me tell you it wasn’t! Straight up iced tea
There was another incident where I ordered a Sausage McGriddle and all that was in there were two pancake buns… wtf?!
And yesterday, the stupid girl didn’t give me a receipt.

Why do i use the drive through at least every 2 days and they get .y order wrong 50% of the time. I get home again today and my order is completely wrong and they short change on my fries unless i check and have them add more. It never fails
.when i dont check the bag on the spot i get a horrible surprise when i open the bag at home. Terrible service.

I don’t frequent McDonald’s as when I do-​I generally get «ill»…so I stopped a long time ago – HOWEVER.their TV adverts finally got the best of me – and I drove thru this McDonald’s-didn’t go in. so there are NO marks for service – placed order, paid for it, picked it up, drove out!
I just HAD to try their Chicken McBites. these are NOT their little preformed «mashed up Chicken McNuggets, these are tasty little fried and breaded nuggets of CHICKEN deliciousness – all different sizes and shapes…“au natural» as it were… Get a little bag full and a couple of containers of dipping sauce (I loved the Sweet and Spicy) sticky and icky and the whole experience was YUMMY
and HEY — I didn’t get SICK==not EVEN!

If you live in Riverside and want to go to a McDonald’s, go to the one on Limonite. It’s more comfortable and laptop-​friendly than this one.
So they just remodeled this place… in my opinion, it’s not an upgrade. I’m sitting here right now in one of these uncomfortable booths typing this while people’s brats are running all over the place (ATTENTION PARENTS: THERE IS A PLAYPLACE). There are no plugs for your laptop, so I’m running on my battery. They are running the AC and it is already cold outside. My chicken nuggets were cold and the ranch tasted a bit off.
They got my order wrong, but it’s so busy I didn’t feel like I should complain — I sympathized with them there (though I never ask for substitutions anyway… sigh)

Went here today (Saturday) for lunch. There were about 10 cars in the drive thru, me being the 10^th. I was expecting a long wait, but aside from a family of 8 in a mini van (This is in Rubiside), it went by pretty quickly.
Chicken mcnuggets tasted fine, crispy and now with additional sauces to choose from (which, like all other McDonalds, they charge you for extra sauce packs). Fries weren’t soggy, but not crispy either. I expected as much because I didn’t think they’d keep them fried too long with a wait like what we had.
Why does McDonald’s always have the best coke?! Yum.
This particular location does have a kids playground in case you have kids!
