You shouldn’t let kids run your store was told it would take 20 min on the phone so when I arrived 25 min later and my food wasn’t even made is pretty sad took 25 more min to be told the wings aren’t done and so when I say something your employees look dumbfounded and don’t know what to do! Typical America now a days maybe there mommy or daddy can come in the store and hold their hand

This Location is Terrible I just recently moved to the area and my first experience was Horrible they made a big deal about taking any bills over 20 «With there rude ass customer service «So I tried and give them a second try and they where out of pizza boxes «and only had deep dish pizza boxes available so they could only sale deep dish pizzas «what kind of Busniess doesn’t properly stock up on neccestys «NEVER AGAIN will I step a foot in this location

I love their hot and ready pizzas, but the line is always crazy long! I think they should come up with a better system of taking orders and calling out orders because it seems that the employees can’t do both at the same time. And they need to have tape or ropes to control the line because it is chaos in there when there is anything over 10 people.

I called a head to order 2 pizzas and walked out with 4 that werent what i ordered then they took them all back. N then only refunded 2. I have worked in customer service for 6 years n i know that since its there fault they should be free or at least let us have the 4 we already started driving off with plus the right ones. Not only did i wait to go pick it up, i had to wait an extra 20min for the first round of pizzas [aka the wrong order] i had to wait 20 more min for the correct order. Geeez its not rocket science. I do mind waiting an extra 40 after for my pizza. It wasnt even a busy night [wed]. Get your customer service together.

Great place to pick up a pizza last minute. Everything is great here. The buffalo wings, however, taste like they’re just boiled and covered in sauce.
