I had gone to one of those big law offices to file for bankruptcy, I walked out in tears & more frustrated then when I walked in their office. They told me I had to file chapter 13 I think & it was going to cost me about $ 7000 to start with them. And to top it off i would still haveto make payments to all creditors.
