THIS IS THE WORST LANE BRYANT EVER! The sales associates are rude and when they are not being rude, you can”t find one! It often has a gross, spoiled mop, smell… it’s not even decorated as nicely as the other stores. As expensive as Lane Bryant is you would think they would better train their sales people. This site rarely has good sales and when it does. the pickings are slim. I would suggest the Norridge store further down on Harlem Ave… Happy, friendly, sales people that make it a lot easier to drop $ 49 on a bra!

Was there recently to buy dress for special occasion.
The workers are beyond amazing. I have been to other locations and I usually get ignored. Here I received such great service!
The store is super clean, their displays are great, everything very organized.
The dressing rooms were ample, and very comfortable.
Sure, this store is a little pricey, but the stuff you get is great. All their clothing is quality, the jewelry is great (if you are a big girl, the bracelets are especially the best, made just the right size for the «bigger» wrist)
I think I just found my new favorite clothing store.
