I would give a negative star if possible. I took my fiancés phone to Chuck to get the cracked screen replaced before he shipped out for the Marines in 2 days, and in the process, he managed to mess up our internal speaker, LCD screen, aux port, and charging port. Then when asked to fix it, he just give us our money back and claims he «hurt his shoulder» so he can’t fix it. We then spent a whole day going through customer service to find another technician who fixed what Chuck broke. If you need your phone fixed, I’d advise a different technician.

Got my screen replaced my Chuck today and I would give him 6 stars if I could. He was early, fast, and really nice! My phone looks brand new and even came with a glass screen protector!

I met Chuck near a coffee shop near my home. It was very convenient and easy to do. He was done within 40 minutes. So it was very quick and easy. If I cracked my screen again he would be the first person I get in contact with for sure.
This is a great service and I recommend it for people looking to get their phone fixed.
