They’re so good at doing my brows. One of the favorites went to India for vacation so I let the other woman do them and they came out just as amazing.
I like how they are patient with me, especially if they missed a hair or two, they make sure I am satisfied with my results before I am done. They’re never rushed and I always go in between classes and don’t have to wait much long, sometimes I even walk in and go straight to the chair. They have this Epoxy app where every time you go they put a star, and I believe it’s after 10 stars you get a free eyebrow sesh. For a person being super picky when it comes to her brows, I’ve been a loyal customer to them and haven’t trusted anyone else with my eyebrows :)
also it’s only $ 5 if you’re a new customer!

The lady in this store did my eyebrows horrible! I don’t even think she bothered asking me how I want my eyebrows done she just did them. Anyways she did my left eyebrow first I realized she made it really thin and so I was hoping the right one would make up
For it but no she made it worst! My eyebrows weren’t arched anymore :(I was so upset I actually asked for my money back which was only $ 5 but the job was so bad not even $ 5 was deserved for it. She told me to never come back and I told her don’t worry I never will lol.

The lady made my eyebrows look extremely thin and made a huge bald spot. Never coming again.

The lady said I couldn’t use the $ 5 check in coupon available on Unilocal cause j had already been to this location and I am not lying when I tell you this was my very first time. Overall horrible experience and won’t be returning.

I came here pretty doubtful. I was helped immediately. I told the lady it was my first time and she barely said anything. I was shocked that the threading didn’t hurt so bad. At first glance I thought she did great on my eyebrows. But afterwards when I went home, I noticed that one eyebrow was longer and more arched than the other. It wasn’t super noticeable but for someone who had such high expectations for threading, I was pretty disappointed. I got Kelly and she was nice but didn’t really engage in any talk. Overall, it was an okay experience. I would recommend you go here only if you really have to.

Outside of their store they have a sign that says $ 6 for NEW student customers. So I decided to go today. As soon as she’s done and I go up to pay she automatically says I can’t get the discount because «You’ve been here before»
Ummmm NO I HAVE NOT.
I told her it’s my first time there and she refuses to give me the discount. At this point I was already mad and agreed to pay the $ 8 and to top it of
BE WARNED: they charge a fee for using a DEBIT CARD. On top of charging me 2 dollars more by not giving me a discount I deserved, I was going to be charged an additional $ 2 for using a payment that was not cash.
Overall my eyebrows looked just okay and I guess I’ll just stick to my original place and not come back here again.

Bad service but I like the way my eyebrows look after threading. No acknowledgement when I walked in. I just sat awkwardly for a few minutes till someone came out.

I’ve only come here twice to get my eyebrows threaded. The first time was just me trying it out and the second time was a total mistake since I previously had a bad experience with them. I thought it was just an off day for them the first time, but two times in a row they messed up my eyebrows pretty bad. The lady shapes them pretty good. Here’s the problem though. Each eyebrow is shaped differently. It’s almost like I permanently have one eyebrow raised making me look curious and the other a bit more sharp making me look angry. So half of my face is curious and the other half is angry but overall I’m upset that I choose this place twice despite hearing bad things about it and having a bad first impression. Good thing I wear glasses so you can’t really tell.
HONESTLY do NOT go here for ANYTHING (not even haircuts because I’ve seen them mess up with my friends’ hair). There are better places for a bit more and even if money is an issue (like $ 2 more) it’s well worth the investment and you won’t have to worry about looking like Two Face.

It’s alright for a quick fix!

I came here on a walk-​in recommendation, and I left very impressed. Monique does the guys’ haircutting, and she is legit! This is the first time I’ve gotten my hair cut down here, since I’m from NorCal, and it was really a job well done. Monique is efficient with time, but she just kills it with cutting hair. To all the guys, again, Monique does the cuts, and she’s a pro at what she does. I definitely found my haircut place down in SoCal.

I got my eyebrows done today, and it was my first time to get my eyebrows done. It was really hurting, but I get that no pain no gain. However, the lady who threaded my eyebrow didn’t ask me what I want my eyebrows to be like. I didn’t say anything, so it’s kinda my fault, but I still don’t get why she didn’t ask. I think that asking to customers is still part of their service. Also, my eyebrows aren’t even. Left side is thinner, and other side is thicker. I wasn’t mad about the fact that she didn’t say one word to me, but it upset me that she couldn’t thread my eyebrows evenly. I don’t know if I am going to visit them again or not.

People were telling me that they thread really well. So I decided to check this place out and get it done. At first I thought she did a good job but for some reason it hurted really badly. It was at first red and that’s normal for my eyebrows so I didn’t notice the cuts. Then I went home to shower and it stung a lot from my shampoo. Then I realized I had cuts. I believe that the person did a horrible job if they were able to cut me with a piece of string! Never coming back again and I am super disappointed.

I got there and was done in 5 minutes. I got a 2 dollar discount since it was my first time. They also have a frequent visitor card. Clean salon. I felt bad going because I feel like I’m cheating on Bella’s Threading in Rancho Cucamonga where I usually go. They are much more friendly and upbeat there. My threader was Kelly– polite, but seemed just a little unfriendly, thus the 4 stars instead of 5.
