It’s gotten a bit better from the last time I reviewed. No more annoying noises. But I still get dog poop once in a while Infront of my apartment. And my car keeps getting broken into unfortunately. And yes the water keeps getting shut off without notice.

The landlord/​manager is really nice! I was even more than 5 days late on my rent (because I simply forgot… I’m a busy woman) and she would always take care of me! She always asked how I was doing… Even came and opened up my apartment when I locked myself out at 11pm. I would always go into her office & just chat! The apartments were nicely upgraded for the date they were made only complaint would be that the water turns off pretty frequently without notice. But you get what you pay for it’s so cheap!
