Sky blue restoration is one the best companies I have worked with they are very knowledgeable and have a level of expertise that is above standard. They also have great customer service and are very reliable I definitely recommend this company.

Terrible!!! I really don’t understand how this guy, George got his contractor license. He hired someone who doesn’t even know how to do the job do the repairs. Also, He promised to do the work and on the day no show no call. Poor quality work, bad customer service, poor work ethics!!! Do not use this contractor!!!

These guys were hired by the housing association to patch the drywall in my bathroom. The guy didn’t lay down enough plastic before painting and now I have paint splattered all around my bathroom. He did a piss poor job of cleaning up after himself too, pouring all the paint and water from mopping the floor into my sink instead of the toilet. Now my sink is clogged. Good thing I didn’t have to pay for their service.

Paid full price in cash for unfinished work. When addressing George who is the acclaimed owner of the buisiness he refused to finish the job i paid for. Furthermore the staff left trash all around the property. I am now in the middle of having to hire another company to not only fix the mistakes but to pick up where George and his staff left off.

THEYARE A SCAMMER!!! DONOTDOBUSINESS with them… A friend of ours referred Jorge & Alex to us because it’s our first time owning a home. They came out and TOLDUSNOTTOCALLTHEINSURANCE until they do the dry out. Jorge guarantee us that our insurance will cover. They make it worst than what it seems. Our insurance rejected our claim due to not being a one time situation. We called Jorge several times and he NEVER return our callS. Neither to say we got a bill from Sky Blue and he charge us in a ridiculous amount. I specially asked Jorge what would happened prior to the dry out if the insurance does not pay for the service. Jorge told us oh well and we won’t bill you guys what we billed the insurance. Being the first time home owner, I wasn’t too sure so I took his advise BIGMISTAKE!!! Our insurance rejected our claim and we got a MASSIVEBILLFROMSKYBLUE and now they are harassing us that if we don’t pay they would put a lien on our house. WHATKINDOFBUSINESSISTHIS! Makes you very worried when the chimney sweep vacuum is tested outside and there is ZERO visibility from existing dirty vacuum from someone else’s soot and dust when vacuum turned on… Even with«two filters«according to tech Miguel. THEN they think it is ok because they«cleared the soot and dust out«all over my front entry. They think it is OK to arrive in your home with filthy workboots and no booties, put filthy soot hoses on your carpet, and proceed to clean with soot dust emitted from the filter all over my living room with white drapes and light carpeting NONONO … And NO. Poor equipment ! pass on this one!

I debated between one star and two stars and ultimately went with two because the guy who showed up at our house did an OK job. We scheduled Sky Blue Restoration to come clean our air ducts before the arrival of our first baby. They had glowing reviews on Angie’s List and the appointment setup went really smoothly so I was optimistic. They gave us a four hour window(12 – 4) which is kind of large but I understand so my husband took off work. Around 3, we still hadn’t heard from them so we decided to reach out. When my husband FINALLY got in touch with them they acted like we weren’t even on the schedule. Reluctantly they said someone would be at our house by 430. Well… that didn’t happen. The overworked employee showed up a little after 5. This employee was very pleasant and explained what he was going to do and got straight to work. He did mention that since we had a new furnace, there was no need for him to clean it, same with our dryer. He made sure to point out that we shouldn’t let the main office charge us for this since he wasn’t doing the work. The only complaint I have about his work was that he left debris all over our upstairs and his machine left stains on our carpet. Granted it was dark out so maybe he couldn’t see everything that needed to be vacuumed up, but you could definitely see the stains. We didn’t notice them until the next morning so maybe he would have offered to clean them up. I can think of many things I would rather do than cleaning our carpets at 33 weeks pregnant but whatever… Now to the payment. When the office called to set up payment, they said that they HAD to charge us for the furnace cleaning because we agreed to that the day before. I’m not sure how we were supposed to know that we didn’t need it, but their«special» became pretty unspecial to me. They actually had one«special» price on Angie’s List and another«special» price on their website so I’m glad I could see both so we didn’t get charged even more. I would recommend NOT agreeing to any price until they come out and can give you a quote of what the job should cost… that is if they show up. There have to be other companies out there that do the same service at a reasonable price so I would try one of those instead.

If I could give zero stars, that’s what Sky Blue Restorations would get. We had scheduled a job with George 2 weeks in advance. He was good about communicating when we set up the appointment. A few days before the appointment, we had called George to confirm. He never called back. We left voice mails and continued to call without hearing from him whatsoever. Of course the day of the appointment, there is no call from George and he never showed up. Even now, still nothing. It’s like he dropped off the face of the planet.

Scheduled my appointment for tile cleaning far in advance and confirmed the day before so I removed all of the furniture from my house. The day of the appointment they were already 30 minutes late then called to cancel. Even after I explained my house was empty and I was willing to wait all day for someone to show they refused. What an awful way to treat someone who paid for the service in advance. Hoping I will not have to fight to get my money back. Such an unprofessional way to do business and obviously they have lost someone who would have been a repeat customer.

Save your money and your time and hire someone else. I had an appointment with this company and they never showed up nor did they call. When I called them they gave me an absurd answer as they didn’t have my unit number so they went around the complex knocking on doors, how funny, we have doorbells. I then asked Jorge, why didn’t they call another absurd answer from him… the number they have was busy… Cellphones don’t usually give a busy signal they usually go to the voicemail… Again save your money and your time and go with a different company

They came by to clean our vents today. They did a great job with giving us information, they were courteous and friendly and did what they came out to do. I only gave them three stars because they left a mess under every vent they cleaned. I’ve had a lot of stuff done to my house recently and everyone that comes out cleans up after themselves before they leave.
