Better than Lothian for the same price imo. Even though it’s older than the Lothian residence hall, it’s closer to campus and is really convenient to campus and the gym, literally like a 2 – 3 minute walk.

This place is a standard college dorm with a dining hall(lack luster food most of the time, but occasionally they knock it out of the park with one great item), small Scotty’s convenience store, an RSO, study lounges, and workout and game rooms. The state of the bedrooms are stock slightly-used but clean. Small living spaces equate instant mess anytime you drop anything. The layout is simple, it’s not a place you can get lost in. For the price, I was definitely expecting more though. The bathrooms are all simple and fairly kept up by maintenance and are not always handicap friendly. If you have someone who is physically disabled this is not a great place to live. Each individual hall has its own lounge with a television, cabinets, a microwave, and a sink. Very useful. All-in-all, a good dorm for first year students and have enjoyed my stay so far.
