Reebok Factory Direct Store

Wish I could give zero stars.
It’s Father’s Day, my husband and I just arrived. Older gentleman and teenager walking out the store into parking lot. Guy comes out the store and stopped them asking them to pay for the sneaker the younger is wearing. They are bright as heck (Orange) but based on what I saw a limitless beat up. Older guy said, he walked in with the shoes. They had no bags and are not wearing any layers. He told him why don’t you check your tapes. Guy said I will. They went back in the store. This is obviously embarrassing. My hubby and I were curious so parked and went in. We stayed for two minutes. Older man and young man left the store vindicated and with an extra pair of shoes (FREE). Lesson for the day, don’t judge a book by its cover. Sooo, why did I want to leave less than a star? Because as they left, the bald guy that stopped them was ANGRY, and told the young kid behind the counter, «f*cking a**holes, don’t let them back in ever», even though he was wrong and in front of us, customers/​clients. FYI, hubby and I work out a lot, and we run. We go thru a ton of workout stuff and buy across the board. We don’t want to hear you bad mouthing a customer, that you stereotyped in front of us. You might decide to pull that same nonsense with my hubby and my twelve year old that is a muscular 5’5 that does not look his age. Lost a customer.
