The young lady at the counter was sweet and helpful, but her manager, Jesse, was classless and treated her poorly. He refused to help me and simply turned his back on me, saying, «My employees will take care of you.» Her appears to be extra friendly to male customers who are unattached.

Amazing Service! Always welcomed with a warm hello. My boyfriend shops here all the time and their store manager, Austin, always makes him look do handsome. One of my friends is getting married and Austin helped with the suits and tuxs as well. The wedding is this weekend and can’t wait to see what he pulled together :)

Great place to shop. Much better service after new management and remodeling. I always get great help from the people there and love how I look in my new clothes. I recommend this to any guy that wants to look good just let them do their thing and you won’t regret it!

I was disappointed with the service at this shop. I purposely went to the store 2 weeks before Christmas to buy a hoodie jacket for my brother. Since it did not have the size I needed I asked them to order it in. They wrote my name and information down saying they would call me within a week and a half. Unfortunately I never got a phone call. Two days before Christmas I went to the store and asked about the hoodie (since they still did not have the size I needed on the rack). When I asked the manager if they had gotten it in, he asked who had helped me. Pointing out the familiar cashier she rudely did not address me at all and said, «Austin was supposed to order that.» Leaving that store I went to the location closer to the mall and they told me that particular jacket had sold out. Very disappointed :(

I have always purchased all of my professional apparel from the Men’s Wearhouse. Their staff and selection have always been outstanding. Not only that, but the value for what you’re getting is incredible.

I have had the opportunity to work with these professionals on four occasions now and each time they have gone out of their way to help. Usually not very busy I get personal attention from them. I have bought several suits and dress shirts and have been extremely satisfied. Their return policy is easy and they are always very accommodating for my four young kids, turning on cartoons/​children friendly programming to keep them entertained while I am fitted. They are a great bunch of people and go the extra mile to make sure you love the end result. To steal the line from their advertising «you’re gonna love the way you look» and love the assistance they give you.

My BF tux didn’t fit right the coat was way to tight for his liking. he asked for a bigger coat but they said that it fit him just fine. i don’t understand if a person is paying you to do a service for them then why cant they have it there way. Just cause they liked the way it fit him doesn’t mean he was comfortable in it. bottom line is he was paying for the tux and it should have been they way he wanted it. End of story…

Monopolies suck! We went here to ask if they rent suits — they don’t but you can rent a tux for what you could buy a really nice suit for. OK… Or you could buy a suit for 2X-​3X what you could get one for at a department store. To top it off, the ‘representative’ — a term I use very loosely — basically hands you a catalog to thumb through instead of offering help or suggestions. Then he also says that you can ‘do it all online’ — well if that is the case, then why is your sorry ass here? All of this comes out of his mouth while he’s sitting behind a counter and doesn’t want to be bothered to move two feet. Then he does a lame hard sell — saying that we’d better figure it out soon as prom season is starting. Ummm, I didn’t exactly commit to buying anything here. Terrible, terrible place. They know they have the market cornered and don’t care about service.
