I went their last night. Garbage! Curly fries were cold and oily. Poppers tasted old and greasy. Never again. Health dept should close this place

Fast? They are not! Every time I go here no matter if I buy a burger and a coke or meals for my entire family the staf takes forever and masses it up! Their has been several times I’ve gotten up to realize their mistake and drive all the way back to show them. The manager does nothing. I have to argue that now my food is cold and if I’m lucky they will comp me something free. I continue to go back because this is the only jack n the box and I like their food. I’m ready to call corporate on this store. The manager needs to get it together and manage the staff.

The girl taking our order was very unfriendly, the chicken on the club sandwich was burned, they remade it, the fries were cold! Crappy place!
