Pizza Hut

I was very unhappy with the visit I had to this pizza hutt. My friends and I wanted to come to this location because it’s a Pizza Hut/​wing street. When we arrived here we were waiting for at least 10 minutes in the «wait to be seated» area while at least three employees walked pass us before anybody even acknowledged us then the guy who gave us our seats gave us three menus even though it was four of us and he had to come back to our table because he sat us at a dirty table so he had to clean it while we were still sitting there. When our waitress came she was nice at first but then after we recieved our food she never stopped by our table again, she was too busy at a table full of guys laughing and joking with them. We ordered pizza, hot wings, and Parmesan chicken pasta. After we finished our beverages we needed refills but the waitress never came to get us any to wash down our HOT wings! we never received utensils for our pasta so we didn’t get to eat it. We made several attempts to get her attention to let her know we needed refills and silverware, we saw that she was in the back area playing with her hair, and when we asked a busboy to get her attention-​she walked towards our table and we thought she was coming to us but nope, she walked pass us and gave us a great eye roll. When she finally came back to our table I told her we wanted a refund for the pasta because she gave it to us without giving us silverware to eat it with so she took the pasta rolled her eyes and walked away. When she came back to give us the check we noticed that she didn’t even refund the pasta like we had asked her to so we had to go to the front desk where a nice young lady with blonde hair nicely removed it with no problem. Our waitress was not wearing a name tag but on our receipt the name said that our server was Meesha. The family at the table next to us arrived after we did, and we actually saw their waitress more than we saw ours! We were very displeased with the service here. Very horrible!!!

whoever wrote the address on here is wrong. its not river gr. it’s norridge plus it’s been torn down. theres a walgreens that sits there now. pizza huts brand new down the street on forest preserve dr. lot better than the old one also. check it out you wont be sorry
