Bubbas Fried Chicken

My wife and I had Bubbas from their food truck today and wow! We had the 2 piece chicken, Jo-Jo’s and soda for $ 8, can’t go wrong. I was not expecting what came next… the tastiest, crunchiest fried chicken I have ever had! The Jo-Jo’s were spot on too. Franks red hot sauce and done! I would highly recommend this place for lunch. We’ll be coming back for sure.

Greens! Greens! Greens! This Guy can Cook Some Collard Greens Now! the Chicken is Good Too But Did i Mention the Greens!

This place has been open for a couple years now it seems like, so I am surprised there are zero reviews. The food is reasonably priced. Orders take about fifteen minutes to make. However, after bar close on Friday and Saturday, I imagine they have stuff ready to go. One drawback is there is no seating, with the exception of two small tables outside. I went with the #6 combo which is two wings, one breast, and jo-jo’s. The wings were OK. They are butterfly style. The chicken breast was excellent, though. It is gigantic, has great flavor, and probably would have been enough with just it and the fries. The menu is not very extensive. Next time I go, I want to try some of the sides (fried okra, fried corn on the cob, and collard greens).
