Installed new sprinklers at our home about 2 years ago. There was problem with the installation and our basement flooded. Tanzer repaired and cover cost of basement damage.
Called recently for maintenance. Took about 2 – 3 weeks to return call. Scheduled appointment 2 weeks out. On the day they were suppose to come, my husband was home and the front door was open. He went to the front to check if they have come and he saw a «sorry we missed you» note. Did they ring the doorbell once and run? They also no showed one our neighbors who had an appointment. We would not recommend using them.

Very slow in returning calls. Not the friendliest either. Hard to reach a person as always goes to voice message.

Very professional company who installed Sprinklers in my front and back yard. They also did an amazing job highlighting my landscaping and features of my home with lights. The pricing was great and the sales staff was very easy and helpful to work with. I highly recommend them!

They claimed they winterized the system but I was here — they stayed for just a few minutes — I heard no machines. When they left we went out and there was no water out of any of the heads. It should be a blow-​out procedure (as it is each year) so there should be water showing. Nothing. I called and they didn’t reply except saying that if the tech said it was done, then it was. Well I explained about the no water and asked if they used the blow-​out procedure, and they didn’t reply at all. WOW –will not only NOT pay for this but will NEVER use again. Beware.
