Pro Nails and Spa

LindseY does my nails, she’s so creative and polite. She sees a Lot of customers and it seems As if she is friends with them all. I’ve seen some average/​poor reviews about this place and I have to say– I think people are as nice as you treat them… I’ve seen women come in here acting ABOVE the HELP, so to speak, and those are the people I’ve seen treat staff poorly. The staff here is polite, and respectful, there is a language barrier with some staff but they are always as polite as you are to them. Anyway, Lindsey and Linn are creative and really good with nails… Check them out.

I had been searching high and low for a nail salon that really pays attention to detail and I found it! I’m always happy with my nails and love how long the set will last. I get acrylic over my natural nail. Initially when I called I didn’t realize I was booking with the owner Lien. Lien’s work is always detail orientated. She cares about her staff and it shows.
Recently went in to see Lien but she was out for vacation. I decided to book with the next available staff member. I was fortunate enough to meet «Bee». She was friendly and had a great sense of humor. Her work was amazing too! She is a natural artist and it shows through her work. Thank you so much for making my day! Little kind gestures make the world of a difference!

I only come here for an eyebrow waxing and I consistently have positive results. I am typically in and out quickly which is super important. The staff is friendly enough but they seem to have their «regulars» who get treated noticeably different/​better.
I would have bumped this up to 4 stars if the customer service was better but alas it is just ok.

Still hurting from a sliced cuticle during a gel manicure. Blood, pain. No apology. Charged the normal amount though I didn’t leave a tip. And i won’t be back. Don’t recommend anyone going there.

Good quality service, I was definitely surprised with my manicure. Walk in appointments are welcome. Good prices as well! Also across from Starbucks :)
