Poor customer service. I ordered food and didn’t get everything I ordered and when I called the owner said he had other customers to attend to and my wait would be over 30min. I will not be ordering from here ever again.

I’ve been coming here for years. I like Mr. Chen’s and their General Pso’s Chicken. I hope they never change it. I find it funny that the thai iced tea comes in a small take out container with a hole haha. It tastes good though. I’ve ordered many things from them over the years and always come back. I recommend this place.

I tried reaching out to the business before posting to see if they would try to rectify, and no response.
I ordered online and everything was delivered well, however the Beijing beef is awful. Just pure onions and very little beef with not much flavor. I recommend you order your typical dishes but because of their 15 minimum (forcing me to order two plates) I’ll be staying clear.
Mr. Chen, look in your Unilocal messages because I’m sure customers will try and reach you but it doesn’t seem like you care very much.

I ordered from this place tonight and will say I will never ever order from them again. I had the beef pad Thai which was not pad Thai at all but a bowl of noodles which tasted disgusting not even peanuty which is how pad Thai tastes. Yuck! I asked for extra sauce not sure what the heck that was but may have been a broth. Lastly there was a chicken bone in my BEEF pad Thai — where did that come from?
