Lava Lounge

Oh no, Lava Lounge really. My best friend worked here and invited me to come by… she’s not my best friend anymore.
Came here a few times just to make sure that the time prior wasn’t just a bad night, we’ll just say it’s not my spot.
Drinks, worst drinks ever. Forget that, it’s a hookah lounge anyways. Hookah… are we smoking strawberry flavored or coal flavored, hmmm… coal flavored it is. Is there anyone that would like to change my coal? Anyone, going once, going twice… guess I’m going to have to burn my own sh! t… Hot mess.
Bouncers were really funny though, so at least they made my night.
Crowd was (I can’t believe there was a crowd) drunk (maybe that’s why), they seemed like a fun crowd though.
Strobe lights, blind me please! From what I remember atmosphere wasn’t that bad, good amount of space for dancing, when there’s good music, until then I’ll just stand at this bar with my watered down drink… well I stood the whole night!
Safe to say that I don’t plan on ever coming back, sticking to Astoria for hookah!

This place is gross. Went there about three weeks ago and it smelled like cat urine. Staff had no idea to make drinks either.

Cozy space, comfy couches, awesome entertainment and they even have massage chairs! The staff is really friendly, and they have good music and the best hookah! They even have live belly dancers on the weekends. A high end place in queens. I always have a great time, and they play great music! If you want a manhattan experience and stay local, lava lounge is the spot.
