It’s a Dunkin Donuts with blander coffee than usual. Right near an amazing coffee shop(Bulldog,) near a more hipster but much better coffee shop(Ridgewood,) and semi-close to a much better cheap coffee shop(Grandma’s,) and also close to another pricy coffee/dessert shop(Sook) with better coffee as well. Welcome to Ridgewood, why stop here? No seating here unlike some other Dunkin’ Donuts. Honestly. you know I don’t kin.

Truly surprised by all these reviews. This is hands down my favorite dunkin location. Service is excellent, even better than certain starbucks(dare I say), and the owner does not believe in wasting food. Fresh donuts and good lattes. Never had a problem!

My coffee was so watered down, I actually walked back to have them make me a new cup. It was also watery and not drinkable. As I watched them pour the coffee, I noticed it looked like water. I get you’re trying to save money, but you can’t cut costs in that regards, especially regarding a chain. I really wanted a good cup of coffee today. I’ll be writing to corporate to file a formal complaint. Caffeine pending.

extremely SLOW and really forgetful. They literally will forget your order 90% of the time. This is the slowest service DD I have ever been to. Last time I went, the guy behind the counter had his phone on speaker phone with some customer service… he promptly forgot my order and then after I said it again, he did it wrong! Then I went back and he was still on the phone, so the woman took my coffee, squirted hazelnut juice in it and gave it back to me, dripping of coffee. Thanks! So sad they cant even pour a cup of coffee properly. Miserable bunch.

Well. Looks like the other Unilocalers were right on with this location– service is severely lacking and the coffee tastes off! I am not usually a fan of Dunkin coffee to begin with, but whatever crack they’re putting in the butter pecan iced coffee has me hooked. I crave it, think about it night and day. I’ve ordered it from at least 3 other locations in the last few weeks and it’s always amazing. Ordered it from here today. Bitter. Disgusting. Almost un-drinkable. I told the guy behind the counter it tasted off and he added like 6 more pumps of syrup and gave it back to me. I would imagine something is up with today’s batch of iced coffee, but I took it anyway, as the extra syrup almost a masks the horrible bitterness. On the bright side, the donut wasn’t stale. I’ll stick to glen rock for my butter pecan fix! Great service at that location and they always have my favorite munchins(sprinkled).

Worst DD. Been to hundreds. Once again, by far the worst one ever. Slow and rude. Gets orders wrong. Coffee tastes different every now and then. Don’t go.

I agree with the fact that the service is subpar. I go every day, sometimes twice a day, for coffee and they always ask for my order… I have gotten it the same way for seven years! Oh well, it’s a $ 2.24 cup of coffee… not a barista prepared masterpiece of coffee perfection. Lol

I’ve been going to this particular Dunkin Donuts on and off for a while now. Their service is just awful, lack of enthusiasm, can’t remember the order I just told them, no speed at all.
