Great service and professional alterations. The space is light airy and clean. This is a hard working family owned shop. My only negative is price. Way over the top.

The address listed here(and on the company’s website) is wrong. The shop is located in the Renaissance center in Ridgeland. The fact that they haven’t bothered to update their website should have been my first warning. It’s hard to say what the best part of Al’s service was. Here are some highlights: 1. I agreed to pay an outrageous fee for my wedding dress to be altered a certain way and was told several weeks later, that the alterations I wanted wouldn’t be possible after all. 2. I drove for 90 minutes for a fitting, after calling the day prior to be sure I could come, to find out that nothing had been done to my dress in the three weeks since my first fitting. 3. That same day, Al told me to wait an hour and he would call me to come back… but I came back after an hour and a half to find that he still wasn’t done(and he wasn’t even working on the dress when I came in). 4. When I had the nerve to express my displeasure, Al told me that«I had a bit of an attitude» and that he «wasn’t even that invested» in my dress. I don’t know how anyone, particularly a small business owner, could say that they weren’t invested in a $ 400 client. I happily agreed to take my dress elsewhere to someone who would be appropriately invested. In the end, I didn’t pay for any of Al’s services, so I haven’t lost much more than a few hours of my life spent driving to and from the shop. It’s a good thing, too, because even the work that was completed was done poorly. I’m furious. The seams are uneven, there are some loose threads, and I even found a couple stray marks from the marker. I have no idea whether they’ll come out. Bottom line — if you want anything more than a basic hem adjustment, don’t waste your time here.
