I went to Zamora’s Agency to get my fingerprints done by LiveScan. Despite a brief paperwork mix-​up (not Zamora’s fault), service was quick and efficient, and she went out of her way to be helpful.

If you want to be treated with respect, don’t come here.
Lousy lousy lousy! If you like getting greeted rudely then this is the place to go. I made an appointment online to get a livescan with this place and the woman looked at me as if I was stupid to think that an online appointment carried any weight there. I proceeded to wait for another 20 minutes without her giving me any instruction as to how I could expedite my time there. When she finally looked at my paper work she turned down my business because it was not yet filled out.
Only when I finally transitioned from the naturally friendly posture I have been raised with to an annoyed posture did she actually appear apologetic. Well this just about sums it all up; I was treated terribly and did not even accomplish what I went it to do. I also wasted 45 minutes and the gas it took me to get there. Thanks Zamora, I’ll take my business to someone who knows how to provide customer service. Ciao!
