I have been a variations client since my first haircut. Even though I now live in Austin, I still only see Renee to cut and color my hair. It is great to have a hair stylist that knows what looks best on you and will be honest about what won’t!

I was feeling blah about the hair today (and for the past month) and since I knew I neither had the money or time to head to my usual/​wonderful spot in downtown Houston, I hunted for a good place on the bf’s side of town. Not wanting a chain shop, Variations seemed like a great start.
Treva saw me right away and completely understood the type of cut I wanted– she didn’t go overboard and even curled my hair for a nice touch.
The prices for women are $ 35 for a cut, $ 40 for cut/​style.

I love this place. I have been going here for years but now there is a new stylist there that I really like. Her name is Treva. She does an awesome job on color cut and style.

This place is awesome, very high class feel tucked in a little part of Richmond. The best part of Variations is Cassie. She is incredible. Fast, does an amazing job and really just makes you feel special.
I will be back and have already told many of my friends to go see Cassie.

The discovery of this business started when I received a call from my sister raving about one of the latest fads of weaving a single feather into one’s hair. She was telling me of places where some of her co-​workers had gone but wasn’t sure of the business they had gone to — customer service, pricing, etc. So, I did a local search in her area (I am from California) to see what salons were offering this service and to, at the least, do the big brother thing and point her in the right direction.
Search criteria: feather, hair — and up came Variations.
I read the reviews, relayed the info to her and next thing I know I am receiving a text message with a picture of her new-​found style. She mentioned the experience was wonderful, pricing reasonable and overall result was impressive. Thank you, Variations, for taking care of my Lil Sis and making her vision come true.

I’d been seeing Paige for several years before I moved & I was always satisfied with the cut & color services she performed. I always got exactly what I wanted & enjoyed the small town, friendly atmosphere in the salon. Highly recommend Paige!
