I grew up in Richmond in high school this was one of my favorite stores to go to. My last visit was soo unpleasant I could of screamed. I visited the store a few days prior and ended up leaving my ID on the counter. After receiving a message from a close friend via facebook on Monday letting me know that my ID was sitting in the window at the store with proof by picture, I return to the store Wednesday, 2 days later and the store man proceeds to tell me my ID isn’t there and that he gave to some random person claiming to be my sister. They did not ask her any questions, have her give any proof, nor did they verify that she was of any kin to me! I am extremely disappointed with how they are wreckless with customer’s personal property. If there is no proof they shouldn’t have given it to them. To this day I don’t have an ID, cannot cash any checks from work and have to pay another $ 38 to get a new one. This is not the way you protect your customers!
