It’s time to update my review for this T&Co. location. Because when someone is amazing — you give them props!
I am continually impressed with their dedication to making each customer feel special and important at this smaller store. I have visited larger T&Co. stores in Las Vegas, New York and Seattle and yes, this location is smaller, but they want you to know that what they lack in size, they make up for in personal customer experience and satisfaction. I’d rather be a big fish in this small pond any day than just another number in New York City, beautiful though that flagship store is…
They have all the classic pieces and collections here and if there is something in particular you want to see — if you call in advance — they’ll bring it in for you from another store.
My fiancée and I shop here a lot — although we don’t live in Richmond. We actually live in Virginia Beach but this is the closest Tiffany store to us. So whenever we plan a trip — we are either looking for something in particular, we’ve come just to shop at Stony Point, or we are in town to see family and want to browse here for ideas as I love the Metro collection with it’s pave set diamonds.
Our go to person here is Bryce C. who Kate M., the excellent manager from my previous review, introduced us to. He’s fantastic. Not only is he personable and efficient, but he can find nearly anything and he loves to look for unique pieces. He is prompt and dedicated to making sure I feel special every time for every need no matter how small. Even if I’m only having something polished or cleaned, I feel like that is his top priority and I like it.
Late last year around September/​October my then boyfriend indicated it was time to start ring shopping. As a control freak and a very picky jewelry wearer — I had to be involved. So we reached out to Bryce via email and I gave him a few ideas about what I was looking for in a ring. Initially we all thought I was going to go with the Soleste as I had been drooling over that style for the past few years and had «visited» it regularly. On a whim I decided to ask Bryce if there were a few vintage-​style pieces he might be able to find. I wasn’t sure if there was anything he could do for me here, if Tiffany even had any special pieces like that, or if they would even be in our price range.
Within a day or two Bryce began emailing me photos of a gorgeous unique Legacy ring he had found. He had it brought in for me along with several other rings in our price and carat size range and set up a nice private area for me to try on rings away from everyone else. He even had dark chocolates and sweet tea for me! Sure enough, though some of the rings he brought in were absolutely beautiful, the Legacy ring he found was gorgeous. I had never seen anything like it and I loved it.
Bryce really came through for us and we couldn’t be happier. My ring is beautiful, it’s not your cookie-​cutter engagement ring from the T&Co. collection and I am forever getting compliments on it from folks who see it. It’s a mix of classic and vintage as far as style and it is hands down absolutely the most beautiful ring I had ever laid eyes on.
My fiancée and I had a great experience selecting our ring, Bryce left no stone unturned in finding me what I asked for, well within our budget (in fact it was $ 20,000 less than our top budget), and we had fun doing it!
Bryce is always good to us — this isn’t the first time he’s found me something special — but it’s the most important — bc it’s my engagement ring!
He’s young and hip and we also discuss reality tv together and keep in touch every few weeks/​months in between shopping trips. I never thought I’d have a go-​to Tiffany guy from the snobbish customer service I’ve gotten at other locations — but this is what Richmond does. If you need something from T&Co. I’d recommend this store — and of course — Bryce. He’s going to be our go-​to for sparklies as long as he’s at T&Co. If he’s off on a certain day — we just find out when he’ll be in store and plan our trip accordingly.

How can you not love Tiffany’s? This store is small, but offers a wide selection of jewelry! I walked in and was immediately greeted with a warm smile and asked if I needed any help. The woman who helped me was named Alex Murray and she was an absolute delight. I told her I was interested in the heart tag «Please Return To Tiffany’s» collection, and that I wasn’t sure if I wanted a bracelet or a necklace. She showed me to the case that particular collection was kept and helped me try on absolutely anything I wanted. She asked my about myself and where I go to school while I tried on the different pieces, and showed a vested interest in my buying the right piece. Once I decided on the heart tag pendant, she wrapped it elegantly in the coveted blue box, invited us to look around the store, and gave us 2 Tiffany’s catalogues in a Tiffany bag.
Alex was absolutely wonderful, and because of her, I will be returning to this Tiffany’s location. She even wrote me a letter on Tiffany & Co paper to thank me for coming in and to congratulate me on my new Tiffany’s piece.

Pretty blue boxes mean you can’t go wrong.
I showed up at 11 on Sunday (right when they opened). Literally there was a line outside (figures it is Christmas time). First, the store from the outside looks gorgeous and they were staffed properly for the holidays. When I first walked in the first two people did a quick judge and helped someone else instead of me (probably assumed I wasn’t buying because I showed up in sweats).
The person that did help me was awesome. Catherine was friendly and had some great recommendations for me. She showed everything I wanted to see helped me to some comparisons and I felt that I was the most important customer she had. I got a few great gifts and Catherine is someone I will return to when I need to get my next round of blue box gifts.

Because the Tysons location got such HORRIBLE reviews, I decided to wait until I was in the Richmond area to go and get my engagement ring cleaned. This Tiffany’s location is new and a bit different in some of the other Tiffany’s location in that it is a lot more modern and bright.
The service was great! My ring was cleaned to my liking super quickly and really, that’s all I wanted. While we were waiting for the ring to get cleaned, my fiancé got his finger sized and we looked at some wedding bands for both of us.
They were super helpful and weren’t pushy for us to purchase anything on the spot. We tried on quite a few wedding bands, all of which were gorgeous.
I highly recommend this Tiffany’s location and would certainly go back.
