I placed an order at 6:15 for a medium 3 topping and 8 wings. The estimated delivery time was 7:50. I called the call center at 8:30 when it was 40 minutes after the delivery time and they said to call back if it wasn’t there in 20 minutes. I waited about 30 minutes and was refunded my money and told that the pizza would still be delivered. After another 45 minutes to an hour I called back and waited on hold for 15 minutes while the lady at the call center spoke directly to the store. She told me the driver was now«out» and the pizza was on its way. The pizza never came and I imagine they just decided not to bring it. It’s 11:20 and the call center is closed. I filled out a complaint online and called a customer service number. The guy said that the situation was being resolved and I told him it didn’t resolve anything for me, after which he seemed to become short. I got another insincere apology and I just hung up. I understand if they’re busy, short on drivers, etc., which is why I was fine with an hour and a half estimated delivery time, but I feel like I was just jerked around and lied to on top of having a stressful and crappy experience. I don’t think they care much if this happens to their customers. Update: 11÷3− spent some time on the phone and I think I got hung up on twice. The first time I called they said«carryout or delivery» and when I started explaining that it was about an order last night I was interrupted with«carryout or delivery» and then the call was disconnected. I called again and was on hold for a bit and then it got disconnected again. Finally got through and spoke with a supervisor. However, part of the problem seems to be that I’m talking to a team of call center workers in Tennessee and they’re telling me things and the people at my local store just aren’t doing it. It may be the people at the store that are hanging up on me, so it seems like they won’t talk to me. So, the supervisor at the call center says they’re sending out the order and it will be here in 30 – 35 minutes. Update: 11÷3− The meal got here, delivered by a woman who has delivered here before and was kind and polite this time as well as last. The food tastes great although they neglected the crust flavoring. Everything else really is picture perfect, tho. Update: 11÷4− got a phone call from a representative of Pizza Hut and an e-mail apologizing for my experience as well as some compensation I didn’t expect. This seems very gracious and generous. I’m adding 2 stars for the crew that made and delivered my order and the consideration I’ve been shown by the supervisors at the call center and the representative that contacted me. Update: 12÷8− Redeemed a coupon for a free pizza at the store. The cashier was polite and friendly, especially when she called me to pick it up, explaining that she made and sliced it; she showed it to me and told me to have a great day. It looks and tastes great.

I have ordered from here several times and the service and food has always been great. The delivery person is always here with the food hot and is very respectful, I am in the Veterans Hospital and I have no other way to get my food from the outside.

I am taking this review away because despite the delay and cold pizza I can’t think of any corporation in America that really cares what the consumer thinks. Pizza hut actually does. I will order again but what they did to fix a bad situation was really above and beyond!

They close their lobby at like 8p, so then it’s drive thru only. They really need to work out some kinks on the drive thru only part if they are gonna do that. I waited 45 mins in the drive thru line to pick up my call in order and didn’t move! I ended up calling the Broad St location for carry out while sitting in line at the Midlo location. Backed out and went and got my pizza!

While my expectations were managed for the 2 hour wait for delivery, what WASN’T well managed was their quality. Twice now I’ve had the wrong thing be delivered. Last time they promised to refund the difference, but didn’t. This time, they«ran out» of Pepsi(because there aren’t grocery stores anywhere), and showed up with a Sierra Mist instead. Not even the same kind of drink. So the driver got the cost of the absent Pepsi as his tip. Done done done with this place.

The pizza is pretty good, but if you get delivery prepare to wait for a while. It is usually a 2 hour wait. Once was 4! To be fair they do tell you on the website it’s going to be 2 hours. If you must have Pizza Hut, they’re certainly Pizza Hut. Just plan ahead… way ahead.

Called in order to save time since the roads were so icey was told it would be thirty minutes got to place twenty min after ordering and had to wait an additional forty five mintues for two large pizzas. There was plenty of delivery oders going out and coming in along with many customers just standing around inside waiting with the aggravated look… There were more than a few irate customers and management didn’t handle anything with courtesy or at least creating urgency! It looked like they didn’t care and just kept telling everyone fifteenth more min. I wish I could give no stars at all cause this place is pitiful next time I will Def go to the one further from me and I bet I get faster service and be home before the roads get more dangerous… This is horrible service I will update if the pizza is just as horrible since I haven’t tried it yet due to me still sitting here waiting sixty min after initial order

I don’t even know where to start on the poor service and efficiency this store has. I ordered a dinner box by phone but apparently they were out according to the person I spoke to, so I decided to order 2 large pizzas, one regular pan pizza with just pepperoni and my second one with grilled chicken, mushrooms, and jalapeños. I decided to just complete my order as carry out, so they said it would only take 30 minutes. I waited more than 30 minutes and went to this store to pick up my order. Once I got there the inside was close so my only option was the drive thru window which I didn’t mind. Okay so I get to the window and I give them my information so they charged me and everything. They come back to the window and tell me it will be five more minutes on my order. So I didn’t think it would be a problem so I said ok. I waited maybe 10 – 15 minutes just to allow enough time for my pizza to be ready, I went through the drive thru once more and guess what? They said I had to wait another five minutes. I said you just told me to wait five minutes. So it has been an hour since I placed my order and I was still waiting. So I was like ok I’ll wait five more minutes and the girl offered to bring me the pizza to my car. I waited another 20 minutes when I finally received my pizza and before I could say anything the girl had ran back inside. They had plenty of staff that day because while I waited for my order I saw many employees taking a smoke break. Therefore, I knew they weren’t short handed. Anyways I don’t recommend ordering pizza from here the service and efficiency sucks!
