Mr Pizza Man

I definitely do not recommend. Of the 10 orders that i did 7 came with some wrong or missing. Lack of standardization in the dishes and sandwiches. Sometimes the food came was strange taste. Today i don’t know why I tried this place again, and when i received my order I was disappointed. One of the sandwiches came totally different from what was on the menu, and the other with taste and weird-​looking. This was the last time that i order.

Wow! I have no words to express how bad this place is. If you ever consider eating at this place. Think twice! Long story short. I ordered a pork ribs and they sent an old lasagna with sweet potatoes! The other dish I ordered was a veggie sandwich for a pregnant women, and they sent a veggie sandwich with Mayonnaise? Really? The only thing they were almost right was the «x» salads sandwich.
Just to finish this review, I’d like to express my frustration with the driver as well. This guy called me from his car and made my son go to his car to get the food. He wasn’t able to get his ass out of his seat to deliver the food.
Unfortunately this place has some many good drivers like Welligton!

best pizza ever! always on time, always correct, always satisfied! dont know why they have bad reviews, they have never got anything wrong in the past 5 years with my family.

Horrible horrible horrible service very unprofessional they told me they refused to make me pizza because i cancelled a buffalo wing order and they still took my money. Very rude and take way to long. Will not be eating from here again.

So these works are scared to come to anybody’s door they take 2 hours to deliver some damn nachos and then put us on the don’t deliver list cause we would not pay for cold nachos 2 hours later… they funny and San Francisco pizza is way better then them and cheaper. Don’t waste your time with Mr Pizza man in Richmond CA u might catch something

Brazilian food is on point. desserts are home made and tasty. pizza and past is great like old school style

Half combo, half pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeños…not sure why so many bad reviews. I had a good experience. I ordered the pizza and was told to pick– up in 25 minutes. The pizza was ready when i got there to pick it up. Pizza was good, i should of said i wanted it crispy but it was good anyway.

Delivery was fast. How ever we were disappointed when it got there. Chips were stale. Nachos were awful soggy and only 2 mini slices of avocado. Beef burrito was just warm. 90% rice not much flavor. I have gotten pizza here before and will only order pizza from now on.

Ordered a cheese pizza. 2 hours later, a meat lover pizza arrives. I call to ask them to deliver what was ordered. They said it would be another 2 hours. I told them to forget it.
They later claimed to have delivered the cheese pizza. It never arrived. When I tried to order from them the next day, I asked them to honor a verbal commitment they had made to comp me for the fouled up order. They said they would only offer a much smaller pizza. I said that wasn’t what I ordered.
I decided to pay them a visit the next day to see if I could remedy the situation. They balked. When I asked to speak to the owner, they said they didn’t know who he was.
I asked them to take the business licence down from the very high location on the wall so that I might read the name and address on the licence. They refused. They were rude, they were condescending, started taking pictures of me on their smartphones and threatened me using foul and obscene language.
The THUGS they hire at this place are appalling. DON’T SHOP HERE. You’ll regret doing so.

I have tried several delivery from several pizza places in Richmond and Mr. Pizza Man is by far the best. Fast friendly service, always get the order right, and the food is hot and fresh. I have had several different pizzas, a meat calzone, and a couple of different salads — all excellent! Highly recommend.

I ordered the vegetarian spl pizza for delivery. The delivery time was reasonable — 40 mins. However the pizza sucked.
This was the worst pizza I ever had. First of all it was too soggy. Nobody can eat such a pizza. Took a bite and it did not taste good. Had to throw away the rest of it.

Terrible service. Order over 50 $ worth of pizza, wings, soda on the phone and employees were borderline rude to begin with (will admit their phone service maybe be issues not them, since they kept breaking up). Anyways in town for raider Thursday night game order pizza and was told that i could only order delivery after I insisted I wanted pick-​up. We took very long to get all information and i made sure i got verified with him multiple times he got it down. I told him my card information and he said after a few minutes it was paid and will be at my location in 40min. A hour later I called to inquire about the food and another employee was clueless about order and again we had phone issues. I called again to find out apparently my card wasn’t charged correctly, (though they told me i was already charged as stated earlier) and that because it wasn’t charged my pizza order was never made. Thanks for wasting my time I was looking forward to trying something new but I guess never doubt the always popular dominoes.

Awesome pizza! The pastas are really good! Had the chicken fectuccine! They have a really good pasta deal! Any two pasta for 18.99!

I previously wrote that my roommate had ordered from here before and I liked it. It turns out my roommate was ordering from East Bay Pizza. They’re delicious! Just ordered tonight :)

Get the super nachos beff or chicken (or both!)
We also got beef ravioli and guarana drinks.
Inexpensive and good. I’ll come back for a quick bite.

Ordered from eat24 love the app… This was my first time with this pizzeria and I must say not impressed. I ordered pepperoni and sausage pizza and they cheaper out and put very little toppings. Beware they may only want you to buy their «specials» to get a good deal.

I work in Richmond and the restaurants around my building are no longer appetizing. Mr. Pizza Man to the rescue!
I don’t mean to abuse exclamation marks, but the Romano pizza (artichoke hearts, red onions, chicken, tomato and pesto) is so delicious! You can smell it before you can taste it. And, you can also get a side of sweet plantain (bananas frita) for $ 2.75?!
I haven’t tried anything else and I probably WON’T try anything else. I’m a fan, officially.

If i could leave 0 stars i would the food was horrible ! Not to mention it came almost 2 hours later ! Never again

The good thing about this place is that they deliver anywhere, especially to where I live. And MOST places do not deliver where I live at.
Their burritos are pretty good and their pastas are too.
They deliver late night until 11:30p-12a for people who do not have cars but are really hungry.
Service is pretty bad. Could hardly hear the workers on the phone and have to repeat my order and phone number a couple more times. And whenever the delivery guy gets here I always have to walk around the parking lot looking for them because they get «lost.»
Other than that I only order here when I have no other choice and places aren’t open late.

Pizza is pretty good but waiting 2 hours. Nope, not really…
