Although the service at this McDonald’s is exemplary my rating is for the overall quality of the actual burger patty on the Big Mac. This thin wafer like excuse for a hamburger is so small its dwarfed in circumference by the bun. It’s barely larger than the pickle, and at almost $ 5 it is a complete rip off. I will not return to any McDonalds, when a higher quality fast food burger can be found at just about any other burger joint.

Food is fresh and hot, which is good because nobody likes cold stale fries. The girl in the window was a little weird though, she stared at me like she was afraid I was going to hurt her, or even worse, ask her a question she didn’t know the answer to.

This is a decent McDonalds. It’s a bit older and smaller than some other McDonalds in the Richmond area. The drive thru line can get long, and it’s not really worth going through that line. I find it quicker to go inside and get my food there. Parking lot is small as well.
