Kims Nails

I love This place I only let Mark or Cindy Work ON My nails. Loved Hi Too. And I miss him I been coming here for 16 years things have change a lot but I still believe they do a Great Job.

Once upon a time Hi and Kim owned this nail salon and provided exceptional service. One of the workers while Hi and Kim owned the salon name Mark. Mark got a girl pregnant — had twins — and Mark and she are the new owners. Kim’s Nails is not the same anymone and exceptional service left with the old owners.
The pictures attached show the mediocre work they perform. When you walk into this so-​called place of business I guarantee you you will not be greeted. You will have to get someone’s attention and ask them to provide you the service you are there for, this is terrible customer service.
My nails are shaped all different — polish and top coat everywhere — and they are thick as heck. The massage chairs don’t function properly and literally SHAKE and PUNCH the energy right or of you This place is sad news… WARNING DON’T WASTE YOU MONEY HERE

I have to up this review to a 3 based on the fact that I have been back twice and both times they did a better job. They get busy during lunchtime so plan accordingly.
I think they charge a lot for a design ($ 10?!) but other than that, friendly service and my shellac experience has since improved. They now use the soak off method with the foil (thank goodness!).

This place does really great nails. I was satisfied with the shape, size, length and smoothness however the polish is what disappointed me. The first time I thought maybe it was just the person bit after the third time I realized it’s a shop thing. That’s a easy craft and as good as this place is someone should know how to properly polish nails.

The people there are very nice and aren’t awkward while doing your nail. it is a small place so it can get really cramped because this place gets a lot of business… after 2weeks I think I need a fill so that’s pretty good I’m definitely going back :)
