Was in town for a wedding and had the day free… called the evening before and was able to get an appointment for a 90 min Swedish massage the next morning! Very soothing ambience. My massage therapist was Kierstyn, and she was great! Gave me a few stretches to work on after the massage for my tight areas.

I’ve had many massages over the years, mostly just for relaxation purposes, but I haven’t had a massage like this in a very long time! Cory utilized a number of techniques during my massage. He incorporated reflexology, stretching, and deep tissue massage. I left my massage feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. This was hands-​down the best massage that I’ve had since living in Virginia. After my massage with Cory and my experience with the friendly staff at Glow Med Spa, I’m ending my search for a massage therapist. I’ll be returning soon!

I’ve had a few massages in my life prior to my experience at glow med spa, and I cannot fathom how anyone else makes a cent when there is someone as talented as Cory out there. It felt like part chiropractor part masseuse. My body didn’t just feel better on the surface, I really cannot say enough good things. Stretching, pressing knots and pressure points 90 minutes of surprises and never a dull moment. I will be returning!

I have had a lot of massages by many different massage therapists over the years. This weekend, I had a sports massage with Cory and it was hands-​down the best massage I’ve ever had! I don’t need to look any further for another massage therapist! The location is very calming and everyone was very friendly.

Amazing massage from Cory at Glow Med Spa! I am often underwhelmed by massages, but not this one. The perfect pressure, stellar technique, and low-​key atmosphere made the 90-​minute appointment feel too short. (Or maybe I dozed off in there…) Can’t wait to go back for a return visit!

Decided to book a last minute appointment for a massage. It was by far the best overall spa experience. The environment is relaxing and the staff is warm and professional. Tammy was the absolute best; professional, courteous and attentive to my problem areas. The best massage ever! Red Door is nice, however it is over priced and not as welcoming as Glow Med. If you want to have a personable experience in a relaxing environment, then I highly recommend Glow Med.

Wonderful and relaxing massage! Cory took good care of my needs during my prenatal massage and helped me de stress by relieving the pain from my aching back due to the my growing belly (and all other pregnancy changes)! he started off with a head massage which was also something I needed and the pressure to relieve the tension was just right! I would definitely recommend him to other pregnant mamas out there! Thanks Cory!

I had the 2015 summer special massage with Tammy recently. It was AWESOME! The massage is called Lemon Lavender and I highly recommend it. The aromatherapy combo was lovely! As always, a massage with Tammy feels life changing each time. I feel great!

I just got a fabulous prenatal massage from Cory! He did a fantastic job. I was so comfortable and relaxed the whole time. He focused on my problem areas and got tons of knots out! I definitely want to come back and get another one before the baby comes!
The facility is very calming and relaxing. The girls at the front desk were very nice. The prices were extremely reasonable and less than other places nearby. I highly recommend Glow Med Spa, and I’d like to try out some of their other services.

Best massage of my life!!!
After many massages over the years, I can now say that I have had the best massage of my life. I was lucky enough to have Cory give me a 90 minute massage and I immediately felt at ease with him. He’s knowledgeable, thorough and professional. In addition to that, his technique and pressure were spot on. I have never felt so relaxed or refreshed after a massage. After that massage, I won’t be seeing anyone else for my massage needs. I have already told all of my friends and family to pay him a visit, and you should, too… you will be so glad that you did!!!

Went to this location for my annual birthday massage. I had a new person, Melissa do my massage and I must say she was awesome. Very professional, and I left there feeling extremely relaxed. The best massage to work out the knots is the deep tissue massage. It’s my favorite one to get my back feeling right and relieves my stress.
I love visiting this location and Will go back more often.

I have been going to Glow Med for over three years now and I can’t believe this is the first time I have written a review! I have had everything from waxing with Shia and Chelsea (fantastic) to massage with Cory (amazing). The professionalism and service provided by Glow is second to none in Richmond. The mood and ambience is relaxing and chic, and the employees are skilled and impeccably trained. I have never had a bad experience in the last three years, and I frequent the spa every two weeks. You must try Glow Med. You will be so happy you found this gem!

This was my first experience getting a Brazilian so I was pretty nervous. As soon as you walk in, you know you’re in a spa and the rest of the world is an after thought.

I checked in for my appointment and the receptionist even offered me a glass of wine. Very unexpected, but well appreciated. I was called to the back to get started and the lady explained the whole process to me about the different waxes they use. The lady was very chatty, which I appreciated since it kept my mind off things. The whole process was painless and I got plenty of tips on what to do for the future.
Tip: if you’re a student, make sure to show your school ID to get a discount or you can also check out the website for their deals — but you have to mention it for the discount to be applied!
