First Student

My daughter is picked up and dropped off by First Student, a service arranged by her school. I was contacted over the summer to confirm our address and phone number for the upcoming school year, and come the first day of school it was a disaster. They had the wrong address (which is the address of a car wash, so the driver should have questioned that) and they had my phone number listed incorrectly. Needless to say she was never picked up the first day of school.
Fast forward a month into the school year and she’s been picked up and dropped off by three different drivers. She’s never picked up or dropped off at the same time and there is never an explanation why. Good luck calling dispatch to locate her driver, because they either are already on the phone and the line is busy or they put you on hold the second they pick up. Not to mention they are extremely rude as if I don’t have the right to be concerned about where my child is!
